  Great help! I spoke to ******, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. She explained everything in great detail to me and then to my husband. ****** was a joy to speak with. Best of all, ****** guided ** through everything about the product. ******* help helped ** make a quick, correct decision on this purchase!I would recommend everyone to call your business if they are in need of an oxygen travel machine! ****** definitely gets a 5 star rating with **!

  I worked with ************************* and purchased an Arya portable oxygen concentrator from your company. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly answered my questions. I placed the order on May 8 and received it on May 11. I had an extremely satisfying experience as not only was he able to answer my questions but he was very respectful and friendly. Excellent customer service ***********************

  received it overnight the instructions were very easy to follow an put the unit together. **** has used it and is very happy with the shape and how easy it is to use.****** was so very helpful in helping ti get exactly what we wanted, I got all the old one packaged and sent back to you.   I recently bought a Arya Airtivo *** from 1st Class Medical. I worked with their **************** Representative ***********************. ***** is at the top of his game in providing service. Over many phone call, in which i asked many questions, he was a pleasure to deal with. ***** was there for me whenever I called. He has the ability to sense his customers. I am not interested in being high pressured and expect honest answers to my questions and concerns. ***** certainly came through. No high pressure sales, just reliable information.

  *************** was absolutely wonderful to work with in this process. My 90-year old father-in-law recently had a stroke and his breathing became very labored and needed a portable oxygen concentrator. We had no ideas on what was available in the market or what was the right unit for him. I searched for some information on one manufacturer and model and **** contacted me from my information that I entered on the 1st Class Medical website. He was knowledgeable, patient and very good with me and my father-in-law. After talking with **** initially, we still weren't sure which unit we'd buy, but knew we'd buy it from Will.

  *****'s help was extremely helpful rite from the beginning. He courtious, and professional. To be honest with you I would make him a friend, though I'm not located anywhere near him. He has kept calling to keep me posted on up there and checking me. 5 ?? ?? deserves it.

  I found 1st Class Medical this morning while doing a ****** search on Oxygen Concentrators for my wife. I responded to the requested information, and within a few minutes I received a call from *******************************. I called back within 30 minutes and requested to speak with ******. I was introduced to a very knowledgeable, experienced, very courteous, polite...professional in ******. She provided me all the information I was in search of, and in a manner I easily understood. She provided several options of OC's and explained the pros and potential cons of all - including flow rates, battery life, and everything else that would be included in the package I selected.When I called I was on a preliminary search of OC's, and didn't anticipate purchasing one on the first call, but after a 30+ minute conversation I realized I knew all I needed to know in only one call, and purchased exactly what my wife needed to continue her life in an enjoyable and pleasant fashion, but that wasn't the end. ****** later emailed me with shipment details for a rushed delivery, including a tracking number, so I would know when the equipment would arrive, and also advised me I could call her anytime if I had any issues or additional questions. Absolutely Excellent customer service!

  ************************* is among the top five sales consultants I have ever worked with; knowledgable, sympathetic, understanding, and comunacative are all words I will use to describe our relationship while I was geting a portable oxygen concentrator for my wife. We ended up with an **** P5... and at a price the two 80 year olds with limited income could afford.Thanks, ***** !!!!!!
