1 starBOUGHT FRIDGE 3 years ago, a WHIRPOOL. Delivered it I opened it up and there was GLASS EVERY WHERE in the fridge and freezer! I called these people several times and the hot line, finally getting some one to pick up they offered me a lousy 100 dollar discount. I bought this fridge for ***** with a 4 year warranty. I was told it was new with a few dings on the out side. Things starting happening a few months ago with my fridge. EVERY THING STARTED TO FREEZE! I HAD TO LITERRALLY defrost my ice cream, the fridge was freezing all of my food to rocks! The Brand source company started to come over to replace the circuit board then defrosted the freezer then replaced the thermoster, then installed parts in the freezer, then told us to leave it on a certain temperature. still was not fixed! the last repair guy named angle told me to call the warranty company Product Protection Plus. I did ,I talked to a ************************* and started asking her for a replacement. this has been going on for a few months now! My fridge has been leaking water out of the front left side! its has been freezing a sheet of ice 2 inches thick on the bottom that has been removed four times!. My ice maker has not worked for months! Every things frreezing! IT TOOK THIS WARRANTY GIRL A LONG TIME just to get me replacements but has told me when I get a replacement that I only would have a credit of 700 dollars towards a new one! really I HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW FRIDGE WHEN THIS COMPANY MESSED IT UP! THEN SHE OFFERED ME A CREDIT OF 800 SOME FOR CREDIT ! I ALSO ASKED HER TO ***** MY 10 MONTH WARRANTY THAT ENDS THIS COMING MAY IN ****. WE R STILL WAITING on a replacement. WE ONCE AGAIN ASKED to please get it fixed but Brand source is saying now that they cant because I asked for a replacement! NOW I AM STILL WAITING ON ONE! I WILL PLAN ON TAKING THIS COMPANY TO COURT! I also contacted the founder and CEO OF THE COMPANY on Face Book, his name is ********************** AND NO RESPONSE!!!! They r CROOKS!Review fromDewey E

1 star1. I found a fridge on their website and called in to confirm the measurements. The sales guy on the phone initially said that it "should fit," I said that I need a confirmed measurement. He puts me on hold (presumably to use an actual tape measure to confirm dimensions), then comes back to confirm that it will, indeed fit.2. My tenant takes a day off for delivery, only to find out that they will NOT install a fridge connected to a plastic or copper waterline, and that they will NOT access a crawl space to shut off the water for the install. NONE of these details were given to me when I paid for the DELIVERY and INSTALL. They took the fridge back and left my tenants hanging with a faulty fridge, but also promised to contact me to reschedule the delivery. I wait 3 business days before taking it upon myself to call them. I received some apologies and rescheduled the delivery - which was still another week out. 3. ****** is set to be delivered, my tenant takes another afternoon off of work, only to find out that the original sales guy never actually measured the fridge - it does not fit as it measured over 35" when the original sales guy told me it was less than 35" and assured me it would fit. I call and a very apologetic sales guy assured me that he was going to make it right. He promised that he would go through the entire inventory at all of their locations to find a fridge that is comparable to what I purchased, but that will actually fit. I spoke to him on a Friday, he promised to get back to me on that following Monday. 4. Two Mondays have since passed, and 13 days total, and I still did not hear anything and was forced to call them again. A very unapologetic sales guy agreed to refund the money, but made absolutely no effort to acknowledge their s**** up, or the fact that my tenant has now been a full month with a faulty fridge. 1 starOrdered a Refrigerator on July 3rd. I asked for ******. They offered an opened box for $700 less. And, would send pics on thursday or friday. Called up and said ****** was not working but would be on the weekend. Called back on Saturday and ****** was not working. Mentioned issues and had another salesperson help us. Sort of. Still no pictures! Called up on Monday to find out the refrigerator was not ordered(they only order them on Sundays). Called back two days later to find out that they still had no pictures, the charge care showed a 3k balance, the appliance was not ordered. Called back the next morning to find out that pictures were still not available and the item would be ordered the next sunday. I cancelled order , got a refund and went to Best Buy that had the same item in stock and will be delivered on July 28th.Review fromChristina B

1 starIncredibly misleading company. Bought a fridge from them that arrived dented. Called them the next day and a serviceman came out and said he couldn't fix the dent and you can't change the side of a fridge panel. It simply needs to be replaced. The team at the appliance factory went out of their way to waste not only my time but also the two repairmens who came all the way out to the house from GE. Rather than just fixing the issue immediately and replacing the fridge, the team at Appliance Factory further convoluted the entire situation by placing blame and passing around the problem to members of their own team who had no knowledge of what was even going on. ***** was the first person I spoke to on the phone about this, she was so friendly at first and truly led me to believe she was going to get this fixed. Then I never heard anything more from her. After taking countless hours off of work to meet the servicemen and sit on the phone the issue never got resolved. It's been weeks, I've left a ****** review and spoken with ***** since then. Rather than fixing it or reaching out to me she said she read the review online and that it was incredibly rude and this has been a nightmare for her (imagine how I feel). After requesting to speak to literally anyone else who could just end this she told me verbatim to call the presidents hotline and hung up on me. These people are scammers, what they are doing is incredibly misleading. I really hope to see a class action filed against them in the future seeing that so many other people are dealing with this same issue.If they had marketed their fridge as dented from the beginning at a cheaper cost, this would have been a different story and I'm sure someone who doesn't mind those things would have been happy to buy it. 1 starBody washer and dryer set from them this month and late June early July of 2023 now the washer is not working and now I'm getting the runaround about getting another one delivered I told him I can't do it in the afternoon or and they never call you back seem to just blow people off all the time I will never use this place again unfortunately they have a new refund policy so I guess I'm stuck dealing with these Bozo the clowns until they fix this problemReview fromSandra J

1 stari purchased a new Maytag washer with an extended warranty which was delivered in March of 2022. It has been lightly used. This past weekend it began leaking water from under the soap dispenser, during the rinse cycle. I removed and cleaned the dispenser, which was not very dirty. Today the repairman arrived, and cleaned the machine stating the problem was the housing above the dispenser was dirty. He ran a quick cycle and there was no leaking, however, after he left I ran a small load on the regular cycle and once again the machine leaked during the rinse cycle and water pooled under the soap dispense. I called the repair service again and the same technician, who advised me there is no problem, will come out next week. They cannot give me a window for arrival, nor will they send a different repairman. I called the President's line with no response to date. I will alter the review if the machine is truly fixed next week. If not I will escalate as this washing machine is only a year old. I wish I had purchased a warranty directly from Maytag as I have no recourse to use anyone else for repair. Am very unhappy.Review fromMicah B

1 starWaited for an oven hood for 12 months. Never tried to offer any other solutions. Simply, "We can't get it from the manufacturer." Won't offer a replacement of any other type. Had to renew our electrical permit and still can't pass inspection. Offers nothing even after buying the extended warranty nonsense, which everyone knows is pure profit. Poor business practices. 1 starI previously wrote a letter with numerous complaints about the company and its products. This is an update. On February 21, 2021, I purchased a dishwasher that was sold to me as new but was really 3 years old according to a repairman, He said, "It sat in the warehouse for 3 years". After many visits from Brand Source and GE it worked. A few weeks ago it died and I had to pay for a service call to have it evaluated.. The cost of repairs would be very high and I decided to buy a new dishwasher at Best Buy since I would never shop this store again. I am out the price of the service call and the cost of a new dishwasher. What company would do this to a customer? I wouid like to be compensated.Review fromZN

1 starPOOR CUSTOMER ********************** AND RESOLUTION. Concerns about purchase of a Brand New Stovetop. Picked up product from warehouse, Some of the parts were hand wraped in pink and clear plastic. Went straight to store where purchase was made and showed to salesman "*****". He said he would get back to me and NEVER did. Scheduled for install in two weeks and never received a phone call back from salesperson. I called two days before install date asking why we are getting replacement parts for a brand new stove cooktop. He said he would order brand new parts vs. the replacement parts. Due to be installed 2-24-23. He never called me back and when I contacted him he said the manager would be contacting me. He told me that the first time I spoke with him and I never heard from the manager "*****". Our install is set up to be installed 2/24/23. The replacement parts were wrapped up and taped in pink plastic and stated on the packaging "replacement parts". What happened to the original parts that came with the stove top? NO ONE FROM APPLICANCE FACTORY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME OR RETURNED MY REPEATED CALLS! This is poor customer **********************, and I don't know what else might be missing in my order that I received from the warehouse on 2-11-2023. The manager won't contact me nor the sales person "*****" who sold this to us. Why are we paying regular price for a product that has been discontinued and the original parts have been replaced with "replacement parts" No one from the Sable store will call us to resolve this matter. ***** told me 2-22-23 that he would order NEW PARTS. But I don't believe he will. THIS STORE DOES NOT RETURN OR ADDRESS CUSTOMER'S CONCERNS. THEY JUST IGNORE YOU AND HOPE YOU GO AWAY. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US TO DISCUSS OR RESOLVE OUR ISSUES.
