      **** the assistant manager is the one that you want to deal with. He provides great customer ********************** and follows through with everything he says.

      I went to purchase a washer and dryer and after choosing one and waiting to pay, the employee discovers that it is out of stock. My husband and I then choose another one and we pay for delivery and installation and they promised it will be delivered on Saturday. Friday night I get a call stating that the washer did not come in and will be delivered Tuesday. After calling them multiple times on Tuesday they finally told me that they are on the truck and will be delivered from 1-5. I leave work and wait for them from 12:30 - 5 and no one comes! I call and someone says that they will call me back. I did not receive a call back so now its 5:15 and I call them again. The person that sold me the appliances said that he just found my appliances still in the store and does not know why. He then mentioned that the appliances wont be delivered for at least another week. When I asked for a refund, he said that since I paid in cash I wont be able to get my refund for at least a couple weeks because the check will be sent from headquarters. The employees did not even try to fix the problem or cared about them messing up the delivery multiple times. I will definitely not be going back!

      I excepted a refrigerator on Saturday and it is not working. I have made multiple calls and issue is not resolved. They will not send anyone to fix it or bring out a replacement for 3 days. I was told on Saturday a tech would be out first thing Monday morning.I'm at a lost .. I asked for a refund and said I couldn't get that until the one not working is picked up

      I purchase a refrigerator for at the our down stairs basement area. They did not have the 1 in stock at the nearest location. I ad to drive 45 minutes to pick it up and when I got there the sales person hadn't actually saved the order just the purchase side of it, The other store managed to locate another but similar item and didn't charge anything lese. The issue is that after less than 1 month I notice that the unit started not keeping item cold. Long story short and after speaking with my electrician and a appliance repair person the unit was defectives. I contacted the manufacture and found out the it was still under warranty but do to the size they suggested I return the unit back to the store after reaching out several times and had assurances from the store manger and head sales person that they would replace the unit, I still do not have a replacement unit after 4 months now. AVOID these people at all cost they are scam artist and are only after a quick buck and don't care about customer service after the sale.
