5 stars***** and staff we're so professional and understanding throughout my very difficult time in 2024. They were very on top of things and communicative with our processes and what we needed to handle. Very grateful for her help and hopefully won't need her in the future but if I do she'll be the first one that I call. Highly recommended

5 stars******* was an amazing person to work with always on top of everything helpful with all questions always honest and upfront, always followed through to resolve any issues. Completely took care of our IRS issue over $500,000 and resolved it for under $40,000 I would do business with Larson Financial and ******* anytime. They don't take you money and you never hear from again. 5 starsA retired relative was officially diagnosed with ******************* in January, 2024. The family discovered the last time she filed her taxes was in 2018. With the help several people, I was able to find the tax preparer that she worked with in the past.After getting the taxes filed for years 2019- 2023, the next hurdle was to deal with the penalties and interest for not filing. That is when the Tax preparer spoke very highly of **** ********, of Larson Tax Relief and strongly recommend that I call her.I felt well taken care of . She listened closely as I spoke of my cousin's situation. I was informed of what documents I needed to gather on her behalf, and send in to their ********* notices from the *** came to the home of my cousin's home, I would reach out to **** ******** or her Assistant ****** **** and they would put my mind at ease.Larson Tax Relief was instrumental in successfully negotiating the reduction of penalties on my cousin's account. 5 starsI experienced a very complicated *** situation which left me with mountains of tax debt. My ex-husband was a contractor and since I had no knowledge of his tax requirements, I signed joint tax returns. I have always been a W2 wage earner and many financial details were hidden and not disclosed during that marriage. There were other unpleasant details involving domestic violence, bankruptcy and failing to file taxes on time. I tried to explain this to the *** tax advocate who was very adversarial with me. That is when I hired the Larson firm in 2022 and the first case manager I had was a disaster. He had me file incorrect forms which delayed my case and I was relieved when he finally resigned. I was given a new manager, *******, and she was a champion for my cause. I had been through h*** and back. She submitted my facts and proper forms to the *** and I was not held liable for tax years *********. This was significant because it was over forty thousand dollars. I managed to pay over six years of back taxes under Crystals plan. She made sure my payments were processed correctly and my account with *** was updated. Dealing with the *** on your own is extremely difficult. The few phone calls I made to the *** caused terrible outcomes like moving payments to my ex-husbands account and people who had no knowledge about the complexity of my case moving more debt from my ex-husbands account over to mine. I would call ******* and tell her what happened and she would get it fixed. I am so thankful I had ******* helping me. She was patient, compassionate and understanding with my feelings and outbursts. Life is not fair and many times because of bad choices. Having Crystal help me was my saving ****** I highly recommend you ask for ******* when you need help with the ***.Larson Tax Relief Inc
