      I purchased a 16 pack of AAA Duracell batteries. Pack said good for 10 years. Opened pack to be used on electric salt & pepper shakers. Batteries were corroded and unusable. Had to buy new package to use the salt and pepper set

      I've been using Duracell for decades for emergency services
      Since Duracell was sold I've had been experiencing weak battles right out of a new package that fail within hours or days.
      Sorry Duracell, I won't take another chance on your product, someone could get killed.
      Only thing I want is discount coupons for Everready.. I'll try them.

      On numerous occasions in the last two months, I have purchased several of your "3 battery" packages of your **********. I purchase them for my mother's hearing aid amplifier device that requires 2 batteries to function. I have wasted so much money on these batteries, as they only last for a couple of days. They are outrageously expensive for only lasting for a short period of time. These packages range from $12 - 14 dollars each! I am seeking a refund of AT LEAST $50.00.

      I bought a 12 Pack of Duracell Optimum AAA batteries about 4 months ago and took them out of my desk drawer to use a few days ago. I found that a number of the batteries in the sealed package had leaked out over the other batteries. Duracell states that they cover the batteries if there is a problem and provides a 1-800 number to call, I called the number and talked to a representative who was very courteous. She asked a number of qualifying questions and said they would send a coupon to cover replacing the batteries. I received the coupon today for $15. To replaced the damaged batteries will cost between $17 and $20 dollars. I called Duracell back and explained I could not replace these batteries for the value of the coupon. I was told they are not concerned about the replacement cost of the batteries. They only provide $1 per battery plus a $2 inconvenience charge. So Duracell did not fulfill their stated product warranty for the manufacturing defect of their batteries.

      We had got a Duracell power source and needed it for power outage here in ** once a terrible floods and then snow hit a lot of our parts here in s******** ** I had email Duracell about this this power source 1440 had cost around over 700 dollars with tax open it up only held up for five minutes well to make a long story short this thing has 2 year warranty also so they tell me that I need to go thru another company I try other company something biz I get hung up on phone I just either want Duracell to refund my money simply because you buy these things says 2 year warranty and transfer or send you to another company neither one is doin a thing to help out power was out thought get this as a source backup for a heater it don’t hold up 5 minutes Duracell please back up and pay us for this thing that does not work do something don’t leave us in cold we will gladly send it back to get a refund help ! Do something to solve problem I still have box this goes in but no receipt but this power source has a 2 year warranty also

      32 pack of AAA bought in 2020, unopened until about two weeks ago. Of the first 10 tested, half were either dead or close to no charge. Pack says batteries are guaranteed 10 years in storage and batteries are marked with 2030 as expiration year. Made in USA. Clearly a bad batch and looking for refund. Duracell did not respond when I completed their online form more than a week ago. I called the customer service number but gave up after 45 minutes on hold. Hoping this complaint will resolve the issue.

      I buy batteries from ********. My mother died last year I keep a lantern burning day and night in remembering her. They only last a month. 2 month I went and bought them from **** ***** and the batteries have been in the lantern since December 1 from **** *****. I replaced the batteries in the lantern on November 11 2024-December 1 2024. I just think that 20 days in a life of a battery is not that great. When I can get 30 days out of **** ***** batteries.

      I have AA batteries with a date of Mar2035. They are not working well. The Christmas light bulb is very small and with these batteries, the light is very dim. I purchased more AA batteries, and they are working well. I buy the 8-battery package whenever I purchase batteries. FYI - I am committed to buying Duracell. Your consideration is appreciated.

      Subject: Request for Status Update on Coupons

      Dear Duracell Customer Service,

      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on an issue I previously reported regarding two AA batteries. Over a month ago, I was informed that I would receive two $25.00 coupons as compensation for the inconvenience caused.

      Originally, I reached out via the email address ****************************; however, I no longer have access to that account and have since transitioned to using ****************************.

      I have made multiple attempts to inquire about the status of these coupons through phone calls and voicemails but have not received any responses. Additionally, I have sent emails but have yet to receive a follow-up.

      I would appreciate a clear answer regarding the status of my coupons. While I consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a last resort, I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with your team.

      Purchased a 24 pack each of AA and AAA batteries. Before the long expiration date of 2026, the batteries were lasting a short time and having white particles on the bottom. Sent the company all the information, including many photos. They have asked for technical questions which were responded to of those that could be. They were 21$ for the AA and 23$ for the AAA.
