    I mailed a letter on [DATE], to ********, ******* and T*********, here is my tracking:

    However the credit bureaus said they completed the investigation with 100% accuracy which by FCRA laws is 100% false.

    According to FCRA [15 U.S.C. § 1681a] (e) - Definitions: Rules Of Construction.

    (e) The term “investigative consumer report” means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer’s character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer’s credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer.

    I'm interested to know who they talked with, how did they do a thorough and complelete investigaion. Furthermore, according to [15 U.S.C. § 1681I] (a)(2)(A) i was NEVER notified that an investigation was even started"

    You have clearly violated my rights as a consumer in various ways even one in which you've identified, furthermore you were notified by the credit bureaus to provide a method of validation and according to Section 609(a)(1)(A) and Section 611(a)(1)(A) which requires a consumer contraction with my signature on it...if you cannot provide proof of a signature the according to FCRA Section 611(5)(A) you are required to promptly delete the information 

     

    Also, a letter sent to the credit bureaus on 6/27/22 clearly states for the company to provide method of verification in which they never responded which violates FCRA [15 U.S.C. § 1681i] (a)(1)(A)(A) In general. Subject to subsection (f), and except as provided
    in subsection (g) if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer’s file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph (5), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.

    EASTERN ACCOUNT SYSTEM is falsely reporting on my credit. I have never had any accounts with them. Per my research EASTERN ACCOUNT SYSTEM is a debt collector. They are falsely reporting to my credit!
    Account #******** are falsely reporting to my credit file and are against my rights and fair credit act. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1681d - Disclosure of investigative consumer reports; you are in violation. I have attached the definition so you can see the violation! (a)Disclosure of fact of preparation

    A person may not procure or cause to be prepared an investigative consumer report on any consumer unless—
    (1)it is clearly and accurately disclosed to the consumer that an investigative consumer report including information as to his character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, whichever are applicable, may be made, and such disclosure (A) is made in a writing mailed, or otherwise delivered, to the consumer, not later than three days after the date on which the report was first requested

    I request to be provided proof of this alleged item, specifically the original application, contract, note or other instrument bearing my signature with EASTERN ACCOUNT SYSTEM. Failing that, the items must be deleted from the report as soon as possible. Under federal law, you have 30 days to complete your reinvestigation.

    Please have the creditor provide the validation documents to the BBB as well as certified mail to me . Its extremely important that the creditor provide the documents to BBB to ensure fairness and that they are not brushing me off. thank you for your assistance.

    I have also filed a complaint with the CFPB and the Attorney General of my state. The FTC has been notified as well for your non compliance.

    2 months ago this collection agency filed a claim against me to the credit bureau for a false $700.00+ bill. When I called to conform this collection, they had ZERO information on me. They could not find me in their system by name, D.O.B., social security number, address, city or state. They do not even have a claim number to very my identity. Then asked me to do their job and pull my credit report to give e them a claim number that will show who I am . I called my bank for the report, got the report and there in no number to offer, just a group of zeros. I want this removed from my credit report immediately. Thank you for.your help.

    I have been contacting the bureaus to please provide me with proof that this account was verified and if they have proof that I had signed a contract with you. It has been more than 30 days now that I've been sending follow-up updates for five months now! And yet I haven't received anything back from the bureaus or your end. Please, I demand you to remove this immediately! This is completely a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Please kindly remove this collection account immediately! I never had a financial obligation to you or to the original creditor of this unverified account. Please look at the docs attached.

The account was disconnected due to the customer move.  The account was placed for collections 9/2/2020. An initial collection notice was mailed to you to the same address provided in this complaint, at no time was this correspondence returned as undeliverable. Other than a dispute filed with the credit bureaus, no other communication or correspondence was received by you. Validation has been requested and will be mailed upon receipt.     It is required for you to:
    •   File a police report - This must be filed stating that the account was setup without the debtor’s permission (and a copy provided to Eastern – fax/mail/email)
    •   It is also required that the debtor have proof of residency during the time the account was active and in question and a copy of the debtor’s driver’s license or State ID (and a copy provided to Eastern – fax/mail/email)
         Once a police report has been filed, you will need to file a fraud report with client

    This company does not have license to collect in my state and has violated many laws trying to collect a debt not owed. They never sent me any notice of any debt before placing information on my consumer report and I am not liable for any alleged debt they claim I owe them as we dont even have a contract with each other I demanded that they cease and desist my information and all communication with me

    I have returned all equipment in a box and placed in out front of the to the original creditor which is a company named '***' office because they were closed due to covid restrictions, they had a drop box that was completely filled up with other customers returned equipment so I placed it in front of the office where i saw other customers returned equipment as well and I took a picture for proof that all equipment was returned, however this collection agency is saying that all the equipment has not been returned and a balance of $321.00 still remains on my credit report. i have shown proof to eastern account system that all equipment was returned, and they refuse to remove this account from my credit report. The account has been settled by me, yet it is still on my credit report. I want it removed asap as it is hurting my credit score.

    $630 was credited for returning the
    equipment.

    outstanding balance of $765.76.

    I viewed a printout of my credit record and found some errors. I believe that these items are damaging my credit file and costing me too much time and money every year.
