    We toured the beautiful country of ****** and had to make a last-minute change and enter through ******* This was outside of NAWAS control. Nawas handled this beautifully and we had an excellent experience and were handed off from one country to the next seamlessly.
    Our guide in ****** was fantastic. His knowledge of the country and sites was stellar. We saw so many things because he had this trip organized well. Our driver was so good he could get our bus into and out of places as if he was driving a small car. Our accommodations were very nice and NAWAS in the area checked in with us while we were traveling. Highly recommend this travel company.

    This tour of Greece was exceptional in terms of sites seen, tour guides, accommodations, and food. But a packed day (generally, 8:00-6:00) leaves no time to relax and enjoy those sites and to take in all the information presented. The majority of my tour was senior citizens. Several of them were not aware of the amount of walking and climbing that needed to be done. And so they sat out some important sites. I've not seen anywhere on the Nawas site a rating that indicates a level of difficulty for walking. This would give people considering a trip a little more information. My church is planning a trip to ****** next year and I'm debating whether this is a trip I should make, considering I'll be a year older!
    Something that was probably out of your control was the 3 day cruise. 5 ports of call in 3 days was way too much. One port a day would have been fine. Since this trip was following in the footsteps of S** ***** a trip to ******* *** ****** was appropriate and then choose one other island.

Your tour leaders Fr Mark and Sharon gave this trip a 5 Star rating and said it was absolutely wonderful and they have already booked ****** for 2026. ****** *s a moving shaking fantastic trip and we give our passengers super value. After every trip i have done i always say i wish i had more time! This is human nature. ****** *** ****** have walking but it is not overly difficult. ***** today is the tour with the most walking. Greece in our opinion is not that challenging when compared to Italy. Walking is also subjective as many of our seniors today are quite nimble...****** will have less walking than ******. It is also a fabulous trip and our prices are the best n value. We are glad you enjoyed to the cruise. You were only on the ship for 3 nights and the ports of call are controlled by the cruise company and we feel they are reasonable and of course you do not have to participate at every port. We are glad to know you had a great trip and thanks

    On our tour of ****** which was actually a pilgrimage for the Jubilee year, we had a great guide for the duration of the trip: Gloria M. There were some disappointments during the tour, one of which NAWAS had no control over. That was the audience with the Pope that didn't occur due to his illness. But there were other activities arranged for us, if we chose to participate. The great majority of our group of 48 were senior citizens. I believe we were rushed through some of the most important sites, even though the guides themselves were knowledgeable. We just didn't have the time to savor much of anything. As for "Senior citizens" -- I knew that the terrain and walking were going to be challenging. But that was all the more reason we should not have been as rushed as we were through everything. It would have been easier on us in our 60s, 70s and 80s if we could have gone a bit slower and rested a bit more between exhibits. That being said, the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful. And, again, the tour guides were professional, knowledgeable -- and FRIENDLY. The flight plan was a bit challenging as well, one less layover would have been nice. But I realize this was part of the reasonable price of the tour because another asset of the tour was its affordability. It was wonderful to have one entire free day because that's the day my daughter and I were able to meet with our family members who live near Rome. It was a once-in-a-lifetime tour for me. My daughter saw enough that she intends to return someday to visit places included in the tour that she wants to explore in more depth, and also visit other places -- and our relatives again, of course. A heartfelt thanks to our tour guide Gloria, who was always helpful and courteous--as well as friendly and personable.

    Great experience. Great guide. Would recommend. We were able to see all the sites that were planned in our itinerary. Meals were good and accommodations were good.

    I went on an 11 day tour of ***** with Nawas International Travel Inc. and my expectations were exceeded in every way imaginable. We made stops in ******* ******* ********* ******** *** *****  Our tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable and was warm and engaging. Our hotel accommodations were also very comfortable. I highly recommend Nawas!

    My experience with Nawas has been both as a traveler and later as a tour guide. Our group has traveled all over the world, and we continue to this day. I have nothing but praise for them and love working with them. I have been a tour guide for over 20 years now and thanks to them my travel dreams have come true!

    NAWAS was terrible to deal with. We only got a few hours on **********  We were last off the ship every time because they didn't buy our tickets until the last minute. By then all the tours were booked up. When I called to express my disappointment our booking agent said "You weren't promised any tours other than the ones included with your trip." The brochure stated book other excursions...

    Dear ** ****** Thank you for taking the time to review the tour that you were on with Pastor Z******
    We agree with your issues but they are all about ********* Cruises. NAWAS has no control over the cruise line. Nawas prepaid the cruise line well in advance for your tour group. ********* was overbooked for your embarkation date and ********* was trying to bump groups to other dates and itineraries. This meant that although we had paid them 2 months in advance they held up all of the documents for the Zehner group and many any other groups. The demand for ****** this past year was unprecedented and ********* under new management way under estimated the demand .
    We have no controi over any cruise line and their procedures. ********* was late in providing documents for almost every group in 2024. They know this well!
    We suggest you file a complaint with their customer service directly as ********* was completely responsible for the issues you have presented.
    Pastor Z***** called us and raved about the tour and was very happy and said that passengers were very pleased with the arrangements that NAWAS made.

    I participated in a NAWAS Pilgrimage to the ******* **** in September 2024. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Our driver/tour guide, Colum, was excellent sharing a large amount of information about the past and present history of the ***** Republic. His excellent driving skills were very much appreciated especially on the narrow roads around the **** ** ***** and through the ******.
    The accommodations at all five hotels where we stayed were excellent as was the food served at each one. I particularly enjoyed my stay at the ********** ***** ** ********  It is a lovely, older hotel with excellent service and a Five Star dinner experience.
    Our driver suggested that our group (70 plus) might be interested in purchasing tickets for Taylor's, an ***** entertainment show with dinner. Our bus provided the transportation as it is located some distance from ****** *****   It was a tourist trap with food that was okay but not great. I would have appreciated having more options proposed to the group or information about those options provided to us in advance by NAWAS.

    My husband and I went on our first Pilgrimage. It was amazing! First and foremost, our Tour Guide, Osman was the best! He truly walked the journey with us. His professionalism, knowledge, sincerity, sense of humor, caring, and faith made it a A+ experience. The trip was organized, ran smoothly, included both land and sea, offered a variety of experiences, visited many sites, good customer service, taught us a lot and added to our faith! We were blessed! We will definitely recommend Nawas !

    Nawas provided a great trip to ****** for my husband and me. We originally had a trip planned to ****** in November of 2023, but due to the war, we had to switch trips. Nawas was great to help us find the right trip in October of 2024, transfer our payments, make airline arrangements for us to meet the group from a different location, and coordinate everything so there were no delays or issues. We would definitely travel with them again.
