    In September 2024 I traveled to ******* with a group from *** ******* ******* Nawas arranged the trip and all the hotels they booked were wonderful. Nawas also utilized https://************* for the coaches. Our Tour Manager Colum was fantastic. He took wonderful care of us and kept us on schedule every day. He educated us on Ireland’s history and culture and gave us ample time to shop along the way. He also took extra time to show us other sites of interests during our daily travels. High marks to all! It was a memorable trip!

    Fitch group trip. For the money I spent, I was not impressed. The flight was the worst that I had ever taken. I requested an upgrade long before tickets were booked, but then was told to book through the airlines. The airlines had no one at the airport the morning of departure and the group struggled to use the kiosks available. Worst airline ever and worse yet we were fed hot pockets for breakfast that morning. At one point on the trip we were late checking into our hotel and our reservations were given to another group under a similar name. That being said the rooms that were left, the tour guide decided to make his own room arrangements leaving one person who paid for a private room to bunk with her daughter and son in law, and he took her private room for himself. When told there was a list for room break outs he said thats how he wanted it. Nawas needs to reimburse the woman. I ended up on a pullout in two hotels in a row due to him messing with our arrangements. I guess I wasn’t supposed to know. The consistency of comfort break requests on the bus because the tour guide kept telling the group in 30 mins but then didn’t stop for 3 more hours. These people are not young. Too much time spent on the bus not leaving enough time to site see or shop is beyond my understanding. Never having enough time for lunch in a country where food is not fast is not good planning. Not stopping at appropriate places to eat but then tour guide goes off to someplace else to actually eat; with the bus. We were late to every single appt. Going to city center for two hours, back on the bus ending the day in a hotel so far away you can’t get back to it to shop. Too many hotels were off the beaten path. The one day we had to our selves in the country was ruined by poor planning on the guides part. Also the tour guide left one couple behind to take a cab to the hotel. This was my first group trip/tour, it was my last. Better planning and a better guide, maybe a better trip.

    Thank you for this review. We talked to ** ***** who said ****** the guide was wonderful and that the tour was very good and we have had reviews from others who gave a similar review. We are sorry that it did not meet up to your expectations but travel can be subjective.

    Horrible service! I reported needing gluten-free meals on the form provided and they company did Nothing! They schedule multiple buses to go to the same places at the same time so that long lines are your strongest memory. Thankfully the Hosts were wonderful.

We did request Gluten Free meals and we are sorry that local suppliers did not listen to the instructions. ****** is one of the hottest and most in demand destinations and there is little we can do about the crowds...This is the same in **************.******* and much o* ******* Thanks and best wishes...NAWAS Travel

    We had a fantastic time in ****** *** ****** on our recent trip with NAWAS. This was our second time traveling with this company (we went to ******* ***** *** ****** in 1995) and we were not disappointed! It was very organized and hotels and meals were excellent. It was our first time on a cruise ship, too, and we loved it! Our guide in ****** was a wonderful lady named ********* She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and caring…I would give her an A+ rating (unless there is a higher grade I could give). I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you, NAWAS!

    The 11 day trip to ******* that was put together by NAWAS Travel was flawless. Even a last day worldwide computer glitch that delayed our return flight was handled well and we returned home safely.
    Our tour escort met us at the Berlin airport upon arrival and guided us through our entire visit until parting from us to board our return flight home from ******* She was witty, informative and full of tips to enjoy our tours and our free time.
    Our bus driver for 8 days was very skillful and always prompt to pick us up at the appointed place after we toured a sight.
    Food and lodging arrangements were quite acceptable and enjoyable. Each day a local tour guide met us and gave us a walking tour of important sights. They were each energetic, communicated in English and gave us wonderful experiences in each of the towns we visited.
    I would gladly go on another trip with NAWAS Travel if the opportunity arises.

    I just returned from my third trip with NAWAS. I will say that the host and the guide make all the difference. After my first trip in 2022 to Germany, I wasn't impressed, but I went on a second trip - this time to Israel in February 2023. That trip was great and our guide Johnny was absolutely wonderful. On the Israel trip we had a different host, too and that made a difference as well. On that trip, my only complaint would be that the lunches were predetermined and pretty expensive.
    In June 2024 I went with NAWAS to Greece and Turkey. This time the host was the same and our main guide was Emily. Emily did a very nice job. The rooms were great - Actually a Marriott 3 of the nights. Food was very good. The tour and the cruise were as described in the brochure. The bus was comfortable and airconditioned. Our rest stops were timely and at very nice locations. My only complaint would be related to certain group members who insisted on being late at nearly every opportunity. There's always one!! Nothing that NAWAS could control. Overall, I would travel again with NAWAS.
