I placed an order on November 6 2024
I ordered 4D Vibration Plate
Never received my order. I am trying to contact business to get my money back for an item I never received. Business is not responding to my emails. I suspect this business is not honest and want to make sure people are alerted and not lured into paying for nothing.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with VIB07 for 4D vibration plate with extended warranty and resistance bands on 11/3/24. My order total was $287.99 with free shipping. I received an email on 11/10 that it was shipping soon and then no communication afterwards until I sent an e-mail to VIB07 on 11/28 asking for shipping update. I received an e-mail back that day stating it was delivered to the wrong address and they were looking into it. It actually looks like it was delivered to the wrong city. I then had another $39.99 charge on my credit card 12/1 which posted to my account on 12/3 I have sent several emails since 12/1 to VIB07 asking for update on the shipping issue and also about the $39.99 charge I did not authorize, but have yet to receive a response back as of 12/5. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company which is currently pending investigation.Initial Complaint

Vibration Plate was ordered on 10/15l/2024. After many emails stating they were sorry there was a delay in shipping, I received an email on 11/18 that my "mystery gift" had been delivered, which it had not. My order was not delivered either. After advising that we had not received the order, they stated that it was delivered. I asked for proof of delivery and also asked for the name of the carrier. I never have heard back from the company.

I placed an order (****) on September 24th for a 4D vibration plate. After 3 weeks, I received an email from VIB07 communicating that they were running behind and that they would be shipping the item within 2 to 3 weeks. I patiently waited for the shipment. Once these 2 to 3 weeks ran over I contacted the company asking for a timeline as I needed to know when they were going to be shipping the product to me as it was over 1 month that it promised to be delivered. The company wrote back asking another 2 to 3 weeks for the shipment and I waited. On November 10, I received an email from the company communicating that my order has been shipped under tracking number ************ and when I looked into the order was delivered to another address in Sammamish, WA. I contacted FedEx for assistance and they refused to help as tracking number didn't have my name or address in it and they referred me back to the VIb07 for assistance. I contacted them one again asking for a resolution to be provided by November 30th and they ignored me completely. I am without the product and the money. I need assistance as this company is completely unreliable and they scam their customers.Customer Answer

Unfortunately, I have not been contacted by the company or received the equipment. I contacted ***** ***** and requested them to help me in receiving my money back since I paid with my credit card. It is unfortunate that we have so many scammers out there and the consumer has no protection against these criminals.

ZERO STARS!!! I ordered from here over a month ago, never received an item. I finally after 5 emails was told my item was delivered to the wrong address. Tried to lookup my order number on their website and my order number doesn't exist! What a total SCAM! I am trying to get my money back, THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. I submitted my order on 10/5/24 for $179.10 and on 10/13/24 I reached out to them to cancel my order. They claim all over their web page they accept returns and refunds. They responded 10/13/24 that there was a delay in orders and my response wasI want my order cancelled. 10/14/24 they responded "Thank you for your patience! I wanted to let you know that I’m currently working through a high volume of emails, so it may take a little time to check and process your refund. Rest assured, I’ll get to it as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding, and if you have any other questions in the meantime, just let me know!" Word for word. NOTHING happend.
11/14/24 I reached out again. They gve another excuse said the item was on the way. I reached out again 11/18/24 they said it was delivered?!!! I reached out 11/19/24 and expressed how NOTHING was happening. 12/1/2024 nothing has been resolved.Initial Complaint

Vib07 said my order was delivered 11/25/24. I tracked ot through *****. They said a ****** signed for it. Wouldn't give me an address though. Vib07 just keeps replying to my queries with long generic vague emails saying they are working on getting my package to me and playing to the human sympathetic nature. They have not filed a ticket with ***** nor have they offered me a true plan of action. I have asked for a refund and they ignore it and keep telling me they are working on getting my package to me. I ordered the VIB07 exercise machine. The first email said the delivery was delayed, and then the company said it was delivered, but when I tracked it, it said it was delivered to the wrong address. I have repeatedly attempted to get some resolution from the company, and they continue telling me they are working on it. Unfortunately, I have now checked on the BBB site, which claims the company is a scam. They are using a professional physical therapist to claim the value of this.
They are not resolving the issue nor are they fulfilling the order. This must be happening to many other customers.Initial Complaint

On 10/5/24 I bought the vibration plate product for $199 through shop app as a loan doing payments. They stated with the incorrect tracking (incorrect address) and said my shipment was delivered 11/3/24, which it did not. This also goes against their shipping and refund policies. Then I emailed support *************** 11/13/24, 11/15/24, 11/17/24 finally with a response with incorrect tracking/shipping so responded regarding this with no response 11/20/24, 11/22/24 and 11/29/24. Please see images I have added. I want my money back or the product. I also reported multiple times to Shop app and they are still making me make payments. It looks to be that they removed their store from shop now though. At this point I think they are a scam and don’t even want the product!
