I purchased this product on October 20, 2024 I have yet to be provided a shipping timeframe or tracking number. I have sent several emails with no response to the company. I have since read reviews that other customers have been scammed with the same issue. The only contact information for this company is an email address ***************. I ordered my vibration plate on 11/3/24.
I received an email on 11/5/24 that I was getting an upgrade (which I didn’t request) and that there would be a delay in shipping. The second I read that email I sent their customer service an email requesting to cancel my order and get a refund.
I have now contacted them a total of 5 times and requested a refund and they keep saying, your order will be ready soon and we will update you with tracking. They offer a 60 day money back guarantee yet they aren’t willing to cancel my order before it even ships. This is unacceptable. This is a shady company and I now think I will never receive my product.
I just want my money back and my order canceled. Can you please help me?Initial Complaint

ordered a vibration plate from the so called company in September 2024. I have received several emails giving me the run around on why I haven't received my order. Issues 13 September from his company called and told them about information and every time you order be shipped out within the next week or two get nothing has come. They have gotten my money and I have not received any information at this point. Ordered on 10/05/24 was told by email item was delayed. Got an0other email saying item will be shipped with in 5 day. five day later no product or tracking #. emailed co. and was told item will be shipped again within five days. on 9/26 I ordered a vibration plate from this company. Either later that day or the very next day I tried to cancel this order thru email. They said I was not able to cancel due to it being processed already. I said ok then I can just return it when it arrives. They never answered. A week or two later I got an email stating I was being upgraded to the better version. Again after that nothing from them. I have emailed and told them I still have not received my item and here it is 10/25, with no response what so ever. This morning I tried to call the phone number that is listed on their page and got a recording that said nothing pertaining to the business name and it just said leave a message. I normally research these type of companies but did not on this one now I am regretting it. I did use Affirm on this purchase so I have made 2 payments of $49.75 and another one is due very soon.
