I wanted for my order for over a month. It never arrived. Finally, I received notification that it was delivered! Haha yeah ok!! It was no where to be found. I called ***** to find out where it was delivered because the picture was not my house and it sure did not look like a big enough box to be a vibration plate! This company gave me a fake tracking number! I emailed them trying to get an explanation and have yet to hear from them. THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered a vibration plate on 10/16. I emailed the company after not having any tracking information. The tracking information finally came and said the package was delivered on 11/18. It was sent to the completely wrong address and now there is zero communication with the company. Upon further investigation online, Vib-07 is a fake company and they are scamming people.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with VIB07 in October, as of yet I have not received my items. I’ve emailed this company seeking an explanation of where my order is. I was told that when ever they receive my items that I ordered then they will ship it out. I asked about how long will that take. There was no timeframe given. I then requested to cancel the order. I was given a tracking number. The tracking number provided (*****: ************) was not connected to my address however was connected to another order in the same state. I live in *********** ** and this delivery was made in **** *** ******* **. I have every conversation that was held through email and the tracking and delivery receipt from ***** where the so called item was delivered. I am upset with this company and I would NEVER recommend or will EVER do business with this company ever again!Initial Complaint

I ordered the item then it didn’t arrive like it was supposed to so then I emailed them and tried to cancel before it was going to be shipped and they said I had to wait until I received the item which was very late they said I couldn’t send it back until they gave me a form to fill out then as soon as I received it I let them know I received it and wanted to return it and now they are ignoring me .Initial Complaint

Initial Complaint:
I ordered an item from VIB-07 about a month ago. Whenever I contacted them via email (no phone number provided on their website) to ask about the status of my order, they would tell me that there were unforseen circumstances:
Hello ***,
We're writing to inform you of a slight change to your order's shipping schedule. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've had to reschedule the shipment of your order.
Instead of November 1st, we anticipate shipping your order within the next two weeks. We understand that this may be disappointing news, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We're working diligently to expedite the shipping process, and we'll keep you updated on any further changes.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
They never provided a tracking number with my order. The last email telling me abut my order was that it was on the way. They THEN provided a tracking number. *** ** sends me a picture of them delivering a package to my home. Only problem is that IT IS NOT MY HOUSE. I called *** ** and they tell me that the address on that tracking number does not match what they have. It is a "shipper" error. I contact the shipper and they say:
Hi ****,
I hope this email finds you well.
I wanted to follow up regarding your recent order with us. After reviewing the details, I just wanted to inform you that the tracking number we provided is the one shown in our system and is currently associated with your shipment.
Additionally, I’ve verified that the correct shipping address has been inputted into our system as per your provided details.
Kindly check the photo attached for your reference.

I ordered a VIB07 on September 30, 2024 - Order #4168 through a **** *** **** #********** The total loan is $179.10. I have made a first initial payment of $31.89. The tracking information they gave me is #************. On November 14th at 9:57 am, I received notification that my package was delivered. I looked at the delivery photo from ***** and it is not my house. I look even closer and the town it's delivered in is ******** **. I live in ******** **. I have emailed VIB07 with no luck fixing this. I called ***** and they confirmed the package with my tracking number is not my package and to contact the shipper. I again try to contact VIB07 for a refund of the $31.89 I have paid as I am not paying for something I did not receive and to cancel the order and loan completely.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4D Vibration Plate on 10/09/2024. I received a confirmation email shortly after making the purchase. On 10/11/24, I received an email stating that I was getting an upgrade, "Due to unexpected sourcing issues your order will be slightly delayed." On, 10/13/24 I received an email stating, "We are reaching out to keep you in the loop about your VIB-07 order. Our shipment is en route to our US warehouse and everything is moving according to plan. We expect your Vib-07 to be ready to distribute around October 5th." On 10/19, I began writing emails to this company inquiring about the shipment. I requested refunds numerous times stating that I believe this company is a scam. I have proof of every email. Today, I got notification that my package has been delivered. I immediately went to look for the package, only to discover it was never delivered. I contacted ***** and provided them with the tracking number that VIB-07 provided to me via email. ***** informed me that the tracking number provided did not corresponded to the company Vib-07 and the package receiver was not ***** ********. Vib-07 stole this tracking number and fraudulently sent it to me to pretend it belonged to my package.Initial Complaint

They sent several emails along the way assuring that this item was en route. Yesterday I received an email saying the item was delivered with a ***** tracking number. I ordered the VIB 07 on October 16th and never received an order number or tracking information but kept receiving emails saying the product was on it's way.
I finally reached out November 5th to ask for an update, they said they could not provide me an exact shipping date but to rest assured they were working on getting it to me. At that point in time I asked that they cancel the order due to the length of time it was taking to ship - would i even get the order?
I asked 7 times for my order to be cancelled and every time received the same reply please give us a chance to deliver the order. Per their website you can cancel the order with a full refund if it has not yet shipped. This morning I received an email with a tracking number - I do not want this product.
