      I have been trying to cancel my recurring membership to this gym location because of incompetent service. The email account info I used to sign up I no longer had access to for several months thus making cancellation difficult on my end. When I tried to call this location, appropriate staff were never available to process my cancellation. Thus allowing me to constantly be charged for a service I did not use. Recently my bank account used to sign up became overdrawn on 4/7/23 due to this issue. I have since been informed my cancellation is now complete, but a refund of the charge that overdrew my bank account could not be refunded. This was due to my account with crunch fitness not being effectively cancelled until 4/7/23, after my account was overdrawn. I had an issue with this because I have attempted to cancel earlier to no avail. I have not benefited from any services of this subscription since late 2022. This membership to crunch fitness roslindale has been a terrible decision and it has debilitated me financially.

      My son joined Crunch fitness in **** ***** for a period of 1 month in august 2022 before he left for his freshman year of college. He asked for a fixed one month membership but was told he had to sign up for a traditional monthly membership but could cancel after the 1 moth period (which he did). Crunch fitness has continued to bill him $17.49 monthly ever since and also charged him an additional $59.99 in October. The total they have unfairly charged him is $164.93 and they are still billing him. He called several times in the fall and was assured they would correct the issue but have done nothing. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Every time I try to call(###-###-####) I get a message that says the voicemail is full.
