      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received at Crunch Fitness Center. Despite cancelling my membership last year, Crunch Fitness still charged me the annual fees. And this year, I registered for a promotional offer, but even after cancelling my membership 10 days before it kicked in, I was charged a fraudulent annual fee upon cancellation.This level of service is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from the companies I do business with, and Crunch Fitness has failed to meet those expectations. Not only have they charged me for services I did not use, but they have also deceived me by charging me fraudulent fees. Furthermore, I was not even asked for my consent before being charged for the annual fee.I believe that as a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and I feel that my experience at your center was anything but that.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take the necessary actions to ensure that Crunch Fitness is held accountable for their actions.
