      I ordered a washer and a dryer from *********** and it was delivered on time on 8/27; but the delivery persons were afraid that he will break my valve so he contacted the office and rescheduled me for 8/29 to have another crew to install it, on 8/28 evening around 8Pm, I received a text message that my appointment is rescheduled for 8/30. next morning 8/29 I received a call to confirm the appointment for 8/30. 8/30 no one show up, I called the office and asked for a firm date because I already took 2 days off from work and both days get cancelled. he scheduled me for the next day 8/31, and that afternoon I received a text and email that I need to schedule the service??? I called in and spoke with one of the rep and she stated that she will send an urgent email to make sure I will get the service on 8/31 without schedule. No one show up again on 8/31, I called again and they are rescheduled again for 9/1. and this morning the same screw that delivered my washer and dryer came back and the first thing they said was "the warehouse don't have the installation kit" ???? and now I don't know when the parts come

      XPO picked up my order from ***** ******** ******* in ******* **** **** on Friday August 26, 2022. They were supposed to deliver it Monday August 29, 2022. It's September 1, 2022 and I still don't have my order. I have had two other orders delivered by other carriers pick up on Monday and delivered on Tuesday but XPO has not even called me to set an appointment. I have 6 employees standing around waiting on the material that XPO was supposed to deliver on Monday.

      The rental company I rent a house with used **** ***** pro service to purchase a refrigerator. We have now been waiting for over a week to receive. XPO logistics was the delivery service used to deliver the refrigerator. They didn’t contact me the day before to tell me a time frame. I gave them my number to contact when calling to find out about delivery day. So why they would try to contact anyone other than me I don’t understand. The delivery people show up at my house at 7:30 in the morning unannounced and I speak with them on my ring camera to tell them I didn’t know they were going to be there at 7:30 AM! That I was on my way and to wait on me. While I am on the phone with the service center they leave. The service center cannot talk directly to the delivery drivers so they have to call the warehouse. Meanwhile I am on the phone telling them I am on my way home. It is 8:15 when I get home and now they are saying that the refrigerator will have to go back to the warehouse and we will have to reschedule delivery. This is a complete breakdown and customer service. Refrigerators are a necessity in a household. I told the person at the warehouse I didn’t care if it was at the end of the day but that we need that refrigerator we have been without a refrigerator for a week. They should try to work with people especially on something as important as food safety and storage. As stated it is a necessity. They absolutely should make an effort to get the refrigerator to me today. Especially since I am giving them such a huge timeframe I told him I will be home all day and it didn’t matter if it was at the end of the day at this point

      I purchased a ******* Washer on 8/28/2022 from ***** ****, Order #**********, with tax total was $720.56.Called XPO on 8/30/22 to schedule delivery. Scheduled and confirmed for 9/3/2022. Got another text on 8/31/2022 saying delivery confirmed for 9/6/2022 without calling me to see if ok. I called them and said I wanted my 9/3/2022 schedule and was told it was filled. Less than 24 hours. What changed? Did they schedule others after me and just pushed me aside. I said after reading all the reviews I will not keep taking off work to keep getting pushed back. Then said end of September. I am not playing this game. I called Sam's said I was canceling, would not order a deliverable product from them again and will go to Lowe's to get a washer they will deliver. They seem to think it is ok to schedule whenever to a residency. I will never buy from anyone who uses them for deliver. They should be shut down.

      I ordered a dryer to be delivered and installed from *******. They contract with XPOlogistics for delivery and installation. On the day of delivery the installation kit was incomplete and the installer stated he would be back the next day. Two days later, still no call or show for installation. I spoke with XPO who assured me it would be handled. A new installation date, 10 days later, was set for today, and the driver advised his office that we were not home. Both me and my husband are home, have not left and no one showed. I am now advised that it will be rescheduled. I have waited over 2 weeks for this dryer to be installed with promises of it being taken care of, yet this company has one excuse after another for not providing this service.

      I want to start by saying I NEVER do complaints online but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company.
      I ordered a Refrigerator from ******* that was supposed to be delivered 8/25 but they rescheduled to 8/30. When they showed up they backed into my power lines and tore them all down. They couldn’t deliver the fridge because of the live wires on the ground. And said they would come back later that night to deliver after we had ******* and a electrician come fix everything. They then decided it was too late and they would bring it the next morning 8/31. When we called them to see what time they would be here they said it would be 6 more days until they can bring it (9/6). I only live 40 minutes away from the hub and they have already had it at the location for 6 days, now they need another 6 days after they messed all of my electrical up. I was so stressed out about the situation I didn’t even think to take pictures of the damages before I had ******* come out. I only got pictures of my internet cable still down and and the parts replaced. But they said they need pictures to prove it happened and they are acting like they don’t want to pay for damages and all of the problems they have caused. I have already had to take 2 pto days to be home to receive MY REFRIGERATOR, now I have to take another pto day to see if they will actually bring it this time without messing my home up. Called the local hub and they were unprofessional and snappy at me and my wife. I wouldn’t recommend XPO to anyone, they are a absolute JOKE.

      I ordered a washer and dryer from ******* in late June 2022. They were scheduled to be delivered July 15 through their delivery service, XPO Logistics. The morning of July 15 I get a call that they will not be coming, no explanation. I was forced reschedule for July 19. When they come, they install my dryer and then leave the old washer where it is and they put the new washer in my kitchen. They said they had somewhere to be and left! I had a washer in the kitchen of my condo for almost a month. I then removed my washer myself (threw out my back in the process). I installed my washer because I can’t not do laundry for over a month. The delivery people of course left a panel on the washer that only they could get off with special tools. My washer bounced around in my laundry room and severely damaged the dryer, my central air conditioning unit, and my water heater. I was scammed by XPO and would like to file suit.

      I called ******* last week about this issue and said I needed a new washer because this one is ruined due to their clueless and unprofessional delivery and install service. They said they would arrange for another one to come on August 27. Morning of August 27 and I get a call from XPO where the woman hung up on me and did not call me back. I called all their service centers and they were all closed. This company is a sham and needs to be reprimanded. They have not called to reschedule. I am left with chronic pain, a washer that doesn’t work that sits in my laundry room, and absolutely NO accountability from ******* or XPO. This is truly disgusting.

      I ordered three appliances, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Delivery was scheduled for 8/24. Never received a call, but an email was received to “schedule”, but the next availability was 9/6, that’s about two weeks away. I removed all the appliances the 23rd. Why would I company schedule for the 24th, not show up, and give a different date that’s two weeks away. Unacceptable. I called the company, they moved the dishwasher to the 31st, but forgot to add the other two appliances to that delivery. The other two they scheduled for 9/6. Very disappointed. Why make two trips when you can deliver everything in one day.

      I ordered a washer and dryer from **.com and included installation and haul-away service on the gas dryer on July 13th, 2022. I received an anticipated delivery and installation date of August 1st. When they arrived on 8/1/22, they informed me that the installation route was cancelled and only delivery was sent. As a result, they could not uninstall the old dryer to haul it away.

      I contacted ** and they sent a complaint to XPO to send installation and said I should call XPO after 48 hours if I receive no response. I received no response and called them back on August 3rd. They told me they would send an urgent email and call me in 24-48 hrs with a new installation date. That didn't happen, so I called again August 5th. They promised again to send an urgent email and finally I was contacted with a new installation date of August 8th. They came to install it, but did not bring the new gas line or ventilation, and had no room for haul away. They promised to send someone the next day, and that did not happen. I called ** again on August 11th, who escalated it and they contacted XPO, again giving me 24-48 hours. I traveled for a week and did not receive any call, so I called XPO back on August 22nd. They promised a response in 24-48 hours and did not call me, so I had to call again on August 25th and finally today again. I want XPO to refund me the $95 that I paid ** for installation and haul away services and for XPO finish the job they committed to do. This has been an awful customer service experience.

      Each time, I was unable to speak to a supervisor because they have a policy of not taking calls (one agent even lied to me saying that they were busy on a call and that I could call back to another agent to get a supervisor - I couldn't).

      Supposed to have a refrigerator and 3 panels delivered. Everything is confirmed for date of delivery and once that date comes- never notified it would not be delivered. Can not speak with anyone at the local hub where my appliance is located. Just keeps getting pushed back and not delivered.
