      I ordered a new refrigerator from ******* dot com it was scheduled for delivery on August 23 when tracking my order it shows that it is in the possession of XPO Logistics for several weeks now. My order can be looked up with XPO under my phone number ***********2. On 8-22 I called XPO to verify delivery on the following day. I was then informed that my refrigerator can’t be scheduled until August 30. So very unhappy but I scheduled delivery for the 30th and received a text message confirming my August 30 delivery. This morning I called XPO to see what time I can expect my delivery and they tell me I never scheduled it. Everyone I speak to is completely incompetent and won’t do anything to accommodate me. I took off from work today to wait for this delivery. I get paid $500 a day but only when I am at work so I’m loosing pay for the day and I’m not get my refrigerator and am now expected to take off another day when they finally decide to deliver my refrigerator. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me to get a resolution thank you **** **********

      My frig went out. I went to ***** bought a new one. They use this company for delivery service.
      Day of delivery, 2x dudes showed up, no hello, no introduction and sausage they were here with my frig. The new once placed on the lift to lower to the ground was being pushed around and moved around with no care. Styrofoam removed and on the street.

      Meanwhile inside the installers was indigent beyond customer service appropriate b/c we had a doggie gate that needed to be removed. Once the new refrigerator was inside while I'm trying to figure out removal of the doggie gate, I see my frig is scratched up.

      The rude installer is on the phn with his supervisor and I ask to speak with him and i say my husband can come and take the gate down and I'm not signing for a scratched frig. The rude installers starts running at the mouth in the back while on the phn with the supervisor. I say to the supervisor that a customer should be perceived as always right when discussing the installers behavior and the sup says no not true!

      At that point I say take the frig and I don't want these people back in my home. And afterwards the installers say they don't work for ***** so it doesn't matter if I complain!!!!

      And now I don't have a frig when I purchased a frig but the logistics co is employing individuals that don't know what customer service means or care of a product.

      Why take a refg out the package before in a customer's home? Risking damage??

      I've raised this complaint to ***** Customer service.

      I purchased a refrigerator from ****** of ******** **** on July 19, 2022 in the amount of $783.25. This included a delivery fee for the refrigerator to my mother at *** ******* ****** ***** ********** **.
      The refrigerator was delivered on July 21 by a third party, XPO Logistics. The 2 men setup the refrigerator, coming in and out of the front door. After they left, I went to close the door, and it would not close because the hinges were bent and pulled away from the door. I immediately called ****** and filed a claim. I have spoken to multiple people at ****** and XPO Logistics to no avail. My mother is 91 years old, lives alone and has been unable to close her door for more than a month.

      I purchased a new washer *******. They shipped contracted with XPO to deliver. I was told it would be delivered on August 25, 2022. That day I received both email and text asking to schedule my delivery. When I did I was only offered dates in September. I called them and was told that it would be delivered on August 26th. On the 26th I was emailed and texted asking me to schedule delivery. Having already done so I called them and they told me the truck broke down and it would be delivered on the 27th. Then I received notice asking me to schedule delivery. I called them again and they couldn’t guarantee me a delivery date. Only that it would be sometime in September. I offered to come pick it up from their facility as I am only 45 mins away and they refused to allow me to do it. I keep getting told excuses and lies.

      Ordered washer and dryer w/ installation from ******* delivery/installation via XPO 4/29. XPO hauled away my equipment without installing, left me without washer/dryer for 3 weeks before saying they aren't licensed to install. Below is a summary
      4/29 4/30 XPO schedule but did not show, falsely claiming "Not at Home_1305_792_T360"
      5/2 XPO arrived missing installation parts (water and gas hose). XPO hauled away washer/dryer before telling me parts were missing. Told XPO would reach out in 1-2 days
      5/5 ******* claimed XPO would contact in another 2-3 days
      Rescheduled services cancelled by XPO: 5/14 5/16 5/17 5/19 5/20
      5/20 XPO supervisor called to apologize that the equipment was hauled away as the team knew ahead of time that due to supply shortages they didn't have the hose equipment and couldn't install. They were only supposed to drop off my new equipment without install or haul-away. Later called to tell me that per policy, they don't do gas installations and will not be completing the installation. I received a call from XPO's corporate escalations team to apologize and offer me a $250 visa gift card for having gone 3 weeks without a washer or dryer and being strung along for an installation that would never have occurred
      5/21 Hoses finally delivered. XPO did not actually deliver all parts, no gas fitting due to not providing that service
      5/23 My plumber performed the installation, paid out of my own pocket
      6/28, 7/6, 7/11 I emailed XPO claims multiple times requesting updates on the $250, no replies
      7/11 called XPO, they just needed a Sr. Manager's approval
      8/26 called XPO, claim was denied since XPO does not provide gas installations in my area.
      This was the whole point of the $250 gift card, I should not have had to wait three weeks with no working equipment and with my paid-for installation parts held hostage before being told that they wouldn't provide the service, then another 3 months to learn the promised claim to be denied with no notice.

      I purchased a swing set from ****** in May that I wanted to return. XPO Logistics was contracted by ****** to pick it up. It had to be returned by July 3, 2022. The first date I was given by XPO was June 22, 2022 however I was not available that day. They scheduled my pickup date for July 1, 2022. Enough time for the swing set to be picked up and for ****** to be notified by XPO that they picked up my return. On July 1, I was notified by XPO that my pickup date had changed to July 13, 2022. The morning of July 13, 2022 I was sent a text by the driver for XPO that his truck was too full and he could not pick up my return. July 15 I received an email stating I needed to contact them to reschedule. The same day I received a second email they would pick up on 8/31. July 18 the email from XPO gave July 22 date, July 21 email from XPO gave a date of July 27. July 27 XPO employees came to my house and stated they may not have room for my pickup. It was 3 boxes and they were able to get them on. Approx 8/5 i found that I was charged a restocking fee of $180.00 due to my return being receieved outside the return window. This is strictly due to XPO changing my pick up date 5 times. This was out of my control. I was available on every pickup date except June 22. The restocking fee should not fall back on me due to XPO not picking up my return on July 1, 2022. I have contacted ****** and they refuse to refund me the $180.00 I contacted XPO Headquarters and they said they are not able to refund my fee. I am turning to you for help in getting my $180 back due to XPO's failure to pick up my return on a date they scheduled for July 1.

      I have a large cabinet order that was supposed to be delivered on August 3rd. The driver supposedly tried to deliver it on July 29th instead. No phone call, no email, and no text. Never saw them. Now, the order is sitting in their warehouse or in their yard somewhere waiting to be delivered. We’ve called four separate times and each time they say we’ll get an email in 24-48 hours which never happens. The call center is outside the country and has no idea what’s going on. This is the absolute worst company I’ve had to deal with ever. I cannot believe ***** does business with them and needs to break their contract. It’s been three weeks now going nowhere. We’re now going to contact ***** Corporate about this situation as well. I’ve attached documents regarding the delivery details. Any help would be appreciated!

      We purchased a dishwasher in May from *******. It was to be delivered in June never came. Then it was July, never came. I tried calling multiple times with no resolution or answers to why it keeps getting changed. Then they tell me august delivery. I asked for calls back, I asked for the “resolution specialist” and management still no calls back. Then the delivery day is august comes. The day before we got a text confirming for the delivery the next day between 3-7pm, NEVER CAME. no calls or communication after I missed work for this. Today they tell me it’s now scheduled for mid September!!! This company is terrible and I just want my dishwasher delivered, installed and other took away like I paid for back in May. They have caused me to miss multiple days of work and countless wasted time of the phone to get no where. I personally think they should have to pay for lost wages, hardship and the fact the dishwasher is sitting there going on 5 months while I have a warranty on it

      Ordered a refrigerator from ******* when XPO came to deliver it wouldn't fit. I cancelled that order with *******, asked for a refund and ordered another refrigerator. Then one would not fit either because of a height issue. I fixed the problem the next day. Called XPO they said they will contact me for delivery. Over the next 6 weeks I have called for a new delivery date but they constantly say they will contact me in 24-72 hours. The refund from ******* is the same, they need verification from XPO the refrigerator is in their possession and in good condition. XPO has not provided that information. I am paying for 2 refrigerators because of XPO. I really need this resolved.

      I set up delivery a few days ago through XPO's website for a 5-piece sectional sofa I ordered. They confirmed the date I chose multiple times via text message. They even provided a time slot for the delivery!

      Today, the day of delivery, I get a call in the morning saying that they can't deliver it because of them being "over capacity". Knowing XPO was going to be delivering, I had a separate company come to pickup my current sofa to junk it which I couldn't reschedule otherwise I'd be charged fees.

      Due to XPO I am left with no couch for the whole weekend. I have little faith that they'll be able to deliver it on Monday since their "Confirmed" delivery slots really mean nothing. The person who called me was not apologetic, and would not offer any solution other than a Monday delivery.
