      XPO is the absolute worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. Unfortunately, **** ***** uses them exclusively. In the last two years, I have had several kitchen appliances delivered by them, refrigerators and stoves. In every single case they screwed up. Either delivering the wrong thing, leaving damaged goods, sending clowns who don't want to even try to bring something to a second floor, or not having their paperwork right when it comes to hauling away the old appliance.
      This company should be put out of business. They are incompetent.

      Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Looks like many below have had similar experiences. I had numerous texts confirming delivery/installation of an appliance. Yet the morning of I received a call from the driver explaining that he was not equipped to do the installation. When I spoke with a supervisor, I was told they could not resolve my issue the same day. In fact, that was 10 hours ago and I still have not heard back from them with a resolve. I called ******* to register my complaint with them as it was their appliance that was being delivered. I requested a refund for the installation - hopefully, XPO will not be paid.

      Same issues as everyone else! Companies should NOT use this firm to deliver their products! Ordered patio furniture 2x say it’s out for delivery and that I’ll receive a call to schedule delivery and it never comes. I call they say it’s coming and it doesn’t!

      Horrible company, ZERO stars. Do not buy from ** ******* They ship with this horrible company.
      No one is helpful, no one in customer service can or will do anything to resolve the situation, unprofessional warehouse crew and driver, failed delivery. Horrible. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE
      I was told my fridge "wouldn't fit on the truck" 30 min before the end of my delivery window, before which I had received 3 texts and an email about starting at 5am confirming this delivery. Upon calling back to find out a new delivery day, I was told they'd have to wait for the warehouse to scan it back in to schedule a new delivery.
      If it wouldn't fit on the truck why was it scanned out in the first place?
      The manager of the call center then used the tactic of sitting silently and breathing into the phone, waiting for me to hang up when I wouldn't accept "an email as soon as possible but up to 48 hours" as resolution to my missing delivery.
      48 hours later, I reached out after not receiving any correspondence and was told "it still isn't back in the system" although it never left the warehouse, and that I'd have to wait again.
      This remains unresolved.

      I believe this company should not be in business. One star is too good.
      I had no choice in who the cabinetmaker selected to deliver my kitchen cabinets.
      However, I am most definitely the 'victim' in this situation. My cabinets have been in ****** ** since June 10. I am approximately 4 hours away. Cabinets were to be delivered June 24. I get a text from XPO saying delivery is CONFIRMED for July 5. I call on July 5 to ask about delivery time. I'm not getting delivery, as it isn't even scheduled, I need to contact me 24-48 hours. No opening in schedule, they will create a ticket. Called about 8 hours later to ask about updated delivery time. Again, someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. NOTHING!!!!!!!! But crickets!
      I've reached out to the cabinetmaker, but have heard nothing yet, that will probably take some time and I get that.
      In the meantime, my $25,000 cabinets are not in my possession.
      After reading other reviews, I am now concerned about what condition they will be in when I actually get them, if I get them.
      Do these people steal customers products and resell them?
      Why are they allowed to operate? Who holds them accountable? Are they accountable?
      I am not going to shut up about this.
      I will be going to social media, not that it will do me any good, but we need to start roaring about these companies that take, take & take.
      Heaven knows that in this day and age John Q public is on the losing end of everything, and I am frankly quite sick and tired of it.
      XPO Logistics step up to the plate! Take care of what you have been PAID to do!
