      AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Couldn't be worse. Ordered an appliance and it was somehow shipped through these morons. It sat in their warehouse for a week now and they cannot find it or provide any answers of when they might find it, never mind scheduling delivery. This is completely unacceptable. I have no idea how they are still in business based on the reviews I see here. Complete joke ..... but the joke is on me apparently
      Should be 0 out of 5, because that is what they have done zero!

      Worst company to deal with and customer service too! Our shipment was delivered to a large company and their pallet was delivered to where our shipment was to go, The driver was told of his mistake, and he said that he would go get our pallet and deliver it. NOT!! Call the terminal and i was told that the driver was spoken to, but it was my problem now to get our pallet to the correct facility! We are hundreds of miles away, yet we got billed and had to pay for a shipment that never made it to where it was to go. We lost time and money getting the freight out of the large company to where it needed to go. I emailed XPO and I was told "thank you for this information." I emailed and called asking that why we needed to pay for their mistake, only to be ghosted! We would NOT recommend this company for shipping anywhere!! The woman that I had spoken with out the terminal in North Carolina was rude and not caring about getting our freight to where it needed to go. She stated that people make mistakes and there was miscommunication but did NOT try to resolve the issue. We had to hundreds of miles away! TERRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WOULD LEAVE A ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!

      Worst delivery Company ever my delivery was supposed to come in 3 days but the delivery date was changed like 6 times in a week. And i am still waiting worst company. ******* *** ****** should not be using this company for shipping.

      Horrible Horrible Horrible Company with an equally HORRIBLE Service. This company is the worst and not sure why **** chose to do business with them.
      They were supposed to delivery my furnitures yesterday Saturday June 22nd. Waited for them the entire day for them to say that came and could not deliver the furnitures. Someone was home and in the living room all day long.
      No call no show. I had someone paid to setup my furniture and also had help from out of town and that money and effort went to waste due to their neglect.
      I was on the phone with these people for hours but no no avail. I was promised a call back and no one called me back. They are super horrible.
      I moved from out of state and had to pay for a hotel due to this nonsense.
      All the other companies that delivered to me that day had no issues only this company.
      I do not advise anyone or any company to ship with them.

      The WORST! Buyer beware. Stay away from this freight company at all costs. There are many better options. XPO consistently loses shipments, especially if/when there are multiple pallets within the same shipment. I'm speaking from personal experience. My business has lost TENS OF THOUSANDS thanks to these clowns! The worst part is that they don't care at all. And if you have to file a claim as I have numerous times? They will drag their feet, challenge every fact you provide and make it as hard as possible to get reimbursed for their mistakes. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

      I ordered a tv through ******* and this company is who they use for delivery, I ordered I think March 15th, the delivery date has now been pushed out 3 times, each time for a week, so now I have to somehow just keep every Tuesday free until this thing comes, as now it's set to come on April 14th. I expect them to reschedule again

      I would give a zero if I could. I have been given so many excuses from it being customs fault Livingston fault and the company I bought the product forms fault but they never took the blame themselves. Stay away from them they will cost you time and money.

      XPO Logistics was contracted to ship freight on 10/23/23. Upon arriving to the consignee's location on 10/30/23 the freight was being off loaded via pallet jack and lift gate, due to unqualified personnel, the freight fell off the lift gate on to the consignee's driveway, leaving behind extreme damage to the freight and damage the consignee's driveway. A claim was filed with XPO for full repair costs on 11/13/23. We received no response from XPO after multiple requests for updates. On 12/28/23 after cc'ing our account rep and customer service department we received a generic "we are working on your request". On 01/10/24 our account rep said he would escalate the issue due to no response from XPO, it was again sent to customer service and the same generic message was received. Continual requests for updated emailed and no response from XPO. On 03/14/24 we called our account rep to try to get further help after explaining this lack of response from XPO is unprofessional. Today we have received an automated reply email showing XPO has agreed to pay for $2818 of the claim. We have been extremely patient and offered numerous times for XPO to send a claims rep out to evaluate the damage they caused to the unit. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for no communication or correspondence with the claims team.

      i would by pass this company. they cant get freight on time for the lfe of them. they will lie to you to shut you up.
      shipment is more that 10 days late. given mulitiple delivery dates and still no delivery.

      For three weeks they held my order at the dock and never told me we had 4 days to pick up our order or we would get charged 210.00 for each day. For three weeks I talked to the employees of the XPO and not once did they tell me we would have to pay storage fees. Now they want to charge 1600.00 for keeping a fan on hold for us that isn’t even worth 1600.00!! This isn’t right!!
