1 starI believe one star is still giving this company too much justice of what a disservice this company does! They have showed up twice to my house to deliver a dishwasher. Both times has shown up over two hours early! And now the driver is refusing to deliver my dishwasher. Because I called him out on it. And told him he was they’re not at the appropriate time. I spent hours on the phone while at work trying to find a resolution. It has been over a week since I made a purchase of $1000 on a dishwasher and still have no idea when I will receive this product. When calling them a manager was not available. And was unable to give me a time or date of when I would receive a callback! This company should not be allowed to do business!Review fromRandal G

1 starOne star because I can't give ZERO
This company picked up a shipment for me from ******* on July 8, 2022. It was to be delivered to ******** ********** on July 27, 2022. Tracking shows it is picked up in ******* and is in transit to me. The next thing I know tracking shows it is in ********* I contacted XPO with no response. The next tracking was in Massachusetts. It was then returned to *********where the tracking said it was received in ********* I was then informed that my order has been picked up in ******* (quite a trick since it as last seen in ********* and was on it's way to California. When I couldn't get an answers from XPO I contacted ******* ****** for help. ******* ****** was able to contact XPO by phone. They were advised by XPO the shipment was marked as lost by the shipper and my credit card was credited with the cost of my shipment. I am to this day able to follow the tracking of my missing order (even though it is lost) by the tracking number provided by XPO. Although they refuse to admit to me my order was lost, they keep updating my tracking status as in transit. An order that was to be delivered on July 27, 2022 but as of today it is to be delivered on August 9, 2022. This will be quite a track as my shipment has been lost for have the time it has been "in transit". I have emailed XPO daily about this wihtout a response. I learned the hard way that this company shouldn't be used for any shipping needs. Next time I will drive to ******* to pick up my order. At least then I know I will get them. Losing my order is excusable, lying about it and hiding from the truth is not. In closing, if you want your orders DON"T USE THIS LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE COMPANY.Review fromAnne L

1 starXPO was to deliver my ******* refrigerator on 6/25/2022. They had no tools, not even a measuring tape. Refused to remove doors on the fridge in order to fit through doorway when that is a common and normal step on large appliances and was confirmed by a ******* sales person for my delivery area. Stated they had many deliveries that day and didn't have time. Tried to force it through after stating they would finally remove doors and damaged the fridge because they don't know how to measure and didn't remove the upper doors. Had to refuse the order after that. Then they lied to ******* and ******* is now taking forever to refund.Review fromEmily K

1 starI ordered a bed through **** and this was the company that delivered it. I had paid extra for room delivery as I am a single woman and cannot carry those heavy boxes upstairs myself. While the item was delivered in the window of time they said it would, I did not receive a call or text 30 minutes prior to delivery, they left my item on my front porch, and I did not sign for it. Thankfully I was able to get the boxes into my home, and **** gave me a refund for the extra cost of room delivery, but I will now have to unpack the boxes on my first floor and carry all the parts upstairs, since the boxes weigh about 100 pounds each. I also contacted customer service and they clearly did not care. I was told to contact the store (which I already had) and said "thank you for your concern." While I am able to make this situation work, I worry for those who many not physically be able to correct their mistake.Review fromRick B

1 starThis company has absolutely zero support available to talk to in America, and the people overseas are not given enough information to help at all. They also take no responsibility for anything and just screw the customer. They got my appliances in 2 days from samsung and alerted me so, and set up a schedule to deliver a full week later because that was as soon as they could do it. Then on that wednesday, it said it was out for delivery. I didnt get a call all day and called as it neared the end of the window, since I was supposed to get a call a half hour before delivery. It went straight to a call center in another country and all they could say was just wait longer. I called a few more times between then and 9 pm at night, and they just kept saying that, ruining the entire evening. I even called the next morning and that was still all they had to say, keep waiting. I eventually called samsung. They got someone there that was a "supervisor" and said they actually didnt deliver because they didnt have all of the appliances, that they said they had the week prior. They then apparently 10 minutes later got the missing appliances while still on the phone with samsung. They would not rush a delivery date and forced me to schedule yet another week out because "it wasnt their fault they didnt get the appliances until then". Again, still only talking to someone out of the country, at no point has anyone in america actually communicated with me from this company. This company is a complete joke.Review fromVincent D

5 stars*****Do not use this company for anything. Terrible company and workers but not totally inclusive. One female cust. svc. worker tried to help but she could only do so much. The delivery driver has a maximum 5th grade education and his interpersonal skills reflected such. He should go into landscaping, it would suit everybody better. This company would not connect me to a supervisor at all costs. When I finally had an employee on the phone, we conveniently got disconnected. I will now cancel my ******* refrigerator in the hopes that these big companies will stop using this mickey mouse outfit to deliver their product. The delivery driver refused to make paid for delivery, refused to haul away the old fridge which was in contract and paid for. He couldn't figure out how to get the fridge in the door and misquoted company policy.Review fromJulie Z

1 starUpdate - the most DISHONEST business I have ever seen. I was told yesterday the delivery is rescheduled for 7/28 - I was like fine. Now today they told me due to overcapacity issue, my delivery is pushed to 8/2. Why the business can never keep their promise. Avoid at all cost please.

It is quite unfortunate the ** uses XPO for delivery of my washer & dryer.
At the date of delivery, the tracking map was not working at all, so I was totally mislead by it (the driver stayed at the initial point forever without moving at all). The driver was supposed to call & text me 30 mins before the delivery, but they did NOT - they only called me 5 mins before they come. I found out missing their call 20 mins after they called me (as well as realized at that time that the tracking map is not working at all), and customer service said they waited 15 mins and left already. I highly doubt if they actually waited 15 mins or not as I called right at the 15 min window. I also left the building contact for them in case, they never called that either.
Overall the delivery has to be rescheduled no matter what I said even when they are probably only less than 5 mins away. This is just a complete joke.Review fromSam H

1 starI purchaed a Sofa thorugh ****, unfortunatley XPO were the company allocated with the simple task of delivering it.
They gave a 4 hour window - I was nice and optimistic, I had worked from home and missed a couple of meetings, but I knew I would get my delivery. They then send a text in the morning confirming, and that there would be a text 30 minutes before the delivery. Also noting they would call the number on the order! No such thing happens.
I call them just after the window complaining I still had not recieved contact to which I am told 'we tried, but no one was home' - the first of many lies. I received no contact, not to mention I have a VIDEO CAMERA on the front door that if someone approached, I would be notified anyway, so evidence is there they could not.
I call again, they said no problem, it was missed, we will get it delivered again. "There are 3 people ahead of you" - guess what, it doesn't show up! Then again I call 'no we did not try to deliver at all, there was an emergency'.
I then speak to **** as I get notified to reschedule, they apologise and confirm they have rearranged for the next morning. The next morning I have no notifications, I speak to XPO and it is 'sorry all our delivery drivers have gone and they don't have your package, we hopefully can deliver it tomorrow'
They are a bunch of liars and their service, customer service are absoltuley shocking. Avoid like the plague.Review fromTim D

1 star3 Weeks LATE and Counting!!
I ordered merchandise on July 8th and its now July 21st and still no one can give me a definitive answer where its located and when I will have it. If I could give this company a zero I would. Don't expect to get anytime anytime soon if you want them to deliver it. It will get lost or delayed considerably! Go somewhere else that's more reliable! 1 starOn day of delivery had wrong phone number(one I've never heard of) even though they'd been texting the correct one for two weeks. Didn't deliver, turned around and took delivery back. No one could correct the phone number till the entire process was started all over again. Said phone number had been updated the night before.(by whom???)Also 1800-number sent me to a phone number with an individual whose English was poor and was obviously working at home(barking dogs) I really couldn't understand her which was frustrating because I was trying to be sure this didn't happen again. They REALLY need a better system from start to finish. I still dont know how to correct the phone number.
