On April 25th, 2025 I ordered a pair of steel toed shoes from the "The Invincible Shoe Company". I used thier measuring system provided to get the correct size. Upon receiving the shoesthey were approximately two sizes to large and very cheaply made. According to the companies return policy, posted on their website, it stated that i needed to contact them within 14 days of receiving my package and initiate a return. I contacted then the day I received it and was meet with constant delay. Finally they stayed due to warehouse issues they weren't accepting returns. As of thos report, I am STILL within my 14 day period. As of this time, they have stopped responding to me.i have included all texts between us. I purchased a size women's USA11 and when they came in they were too small, I have sent 3 emails 4 chat messages, and 2 text messages asking for a refund and all i get is someone will email me in 24 hrs. No one ever does and I only have 14 days form the time they are delivered to get them returned. They clearly are ignoring me.Initial Complaint

On December 27, 2024 I received my order from Invincible Shoe that contained 2 mis-matched sizes of women's shoes. One shoe was size 9, the other size 11. I contacted them using their online form, which was ignored. I followed up a week later by text. The response was once again delayed. They told me that their return policy was 14 days, and I didn't not contact them until day 15. They refuse to replace the mis-matched set of shoes.Initial Complaint

Regarding Invincible Shoe: I ordered shoes for my son, The ******** style, in asphalt color, on 12/11/24. I have not yet received them. I sent them an inquiry via their website on 1/4/25 and have not yet received a reply. When I click the tracking number, it says "in process".Initial Complaint

Shoes take forever to be delivered and this business somehow thinks it’s okay that they can send promotional emails almost daily but the moment that you need to contact their customer service, they take close to a week before ever responding. Horrible customer service and mediocre shoes at best!Initial Complaint

In late June I ordered a pair of steel toed work shoes, they never came. They told me to file a shipping complaint but I had waited too long to do so. To me this was terrible customer service, it was like a computer was answering when I tried to contact them, it's been over a month and I got ripped off! Buyer beware!!! I purchased a pair of shoes from this company on June 6, 2024. It took 3 weeks for me to receive the shoes. I paid $81.94, which included $9.99 shipping. When the shoes arrived, they were not even in a box, only a shipping bag. So, my husband wore them to work only to find out that they didn't fit, the toe area was too tight. I contacted the company to return them. It took several days to finally get an approval, but I received an RMA number to return the shoes. I sent them back, and had to pay the shipping, which was $10. They received them on July 12, 2024. After reaching back out to them, I finally received a refund on July 23, 2024, only to have it docked $10. My refund was $10 short!! In the meantime, I ordered another pair of shoes from them that was stated to be a "wider" shoe. The new shoe was even more narrow than the previous shoe. Again, I am having to pay to have them shipped back, as well, which was $11. When I receive my refund, it needs to be the full amount. I am out $30 additional dollars now SO FAR and have no shoes to show for it. It takes DAYS to get responses from them, and chat is the only way to communicate with them. They do not answer the phone, it is ALWAYS on a recorded message when you try to contact them by phone. Their website says they are available at 9:00 AM EDT, but yet they don't show up until 11:00 AM EDT every single day. This is the worst online buying experience I have ever had, not to mention the most costly. I am going to eat the return shipping costs, but my refunds need to be complete refunds, not partial refunds.
