I placed an order (Order# *****) with The Invincible Shoe on November 17, 2022 for a pair of their Defender Shoes.
After several weeks without hearing anything or receiving the shoes, I inquired with the company the only way you can - via email. I received a response back with an international tracking number. I was able to track something from ***** to the ****** ******* at which point the tracking ceased and has not updated since (Dec. 7, 2022).
This company is clearly scamming people - please help!Initial Complaint

On Dec 8th I bought through the web page theinvincibleshoe.com a pair of steel toe shoes that they advertised as light, comfortable, and sneaker looking. I recently fractured my left big toe at work on a bakery, so those shoes looked perfect. I even checked the reviews and all looked good. On Dec 12 they deducted the payment from my account, $80 and they sent me an email that my order has been processed and I will receive my tracking number. I haven’t got anything, no shoes no order status but a bunch of emails to take the advantage to buy a second pair with discount. I’ve been texting, *********** (they texted me from that number to tell me the order was in process, no reply). Emailed them several times to ************************** and they just respond the carrier has my order and I will receive the tracking number. Called to the Contact Us number *********** no one answers. Leaving a voice mail, they don’t call back. They even have live chat offering to talk with a real human, no response either. I just want my money back. Worst moment to fractured my toe because I cannot go back to work until it’s heal, Christmas season, and I was just preparing myself with safer shoes when I finally go back to the bakery.
I don’t have any physical addresses from this web page and I’m not sure if are the same BBB has on file, but it’s the same company name.Initial Complaint

I ordered their shoes on 9/21/22 order *****. My shoe tried them on they are a trip hazard way too heavy in the front toes. I called their customer phone number ###-###-#### which no one answers and asks for you to leave a message which I did on 9/27 to request a return as stated on their web page which says you have 7 days to request a return. So after not hearing back for a whole business day I then texted them as it states on their site which again no return contact. So at that point I returned the shoes to their address listed on the shipping label . They received the shoes back on 10/5/22 . I contacted their help@invincibleshoe and their customer rep Jordan S***s wrote back they sue not entertain returns and thanks for my understanding! Well no I do not understand they now have the product back in their possession per usps tracking and yet won’t refund the money?!?! Seems like stealing???
I want my money refunded apparently they run a scam that they don’t respond to your return request give you only 7 days to request a return and then ignore you!Initial Complaint

Purchased this shoes on a recommendation by a friend that has this same pair only difference he doesn’t work on the construction field as I do. I purchased the defenders back in June and received them in July 22, and now we are in September 23. So it’s safe to say I had this shoes for two months and the shoes woven material has start to come apart on the front. If I wear this shoes more then 8 times it’s to much they are not water proof so on rainy days I don’t use them and when I have to work we’re there is dirt or sand I don’t wear them. they Advertise this shoes to be tested on the field and they have experience in construction work boots and that’s how this defenders are made with experience this company went as far as to brand name them self’s as The invincible shoe. Meaning there shoes are indestructible. So to my surprise when I contacted them about my issue they kindly replied that there products have no warranty and the only return or exchange have to be within the 7 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation. And with this condition’s: There are no visible signs of wear and tear No tags have been removed Item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered New Merchandise in its original condition so basically you can only return the product if they are wrong, damaged in shippingInitial Complaint

My mom ordered two pairs of shoes for me but they were a bit small so I sent both of them back. I only received one pair back in the exchange. So now we paid for two pairs of shoes and only received one in return. I keep trying to email the business to tell them but they keep “getting confused” by the emails and saying someone else will reach out, but then no one reaches out until I bother them again. All I want to do at this point is return the other pair of shoes and just get all of my money back. I’m so tired of dealing with them and they seem to have no clue what they’re doing. Either that or they are intentionally trying to rip off their customers. I work two jobs to stay on my feet and those shoes were for work. I just want my money back. I purchased a pair of safety shoes from The Incredible Shoe Co. on June 8, 2022 from their website. The shoes had not shipped by June 15, 2022 so I emailed them to cancel my order. The emailed me back on July 16, 2022 saying the order had shipped and couldn't be canceled. I received the order on July 1, 2022 via **** and refused the package on July 6, 2022. In the meantime and after numerous phone calls, "live chats" and emails, to this company, they finally replied and said items couldn't be returned to the return address on the shipping label. I would need to get the item back and follow their extensive return policy. This item has been stuck in ******** ***** ** since July 13, 2022. I have contacted **** and I'm being told the item was returned to the company and there is nothing more they can do. I am asking for a refund of $71.96. My order #*****.Initial Complaint

Ordered shoes on July 9th, 2022. Have reached out twice to the company to see what is going on and why they haven't shipped yet. No reply.
