      We ordered the shoes on May 15 and still have not received the product. I’ve written the company 3 times now and they say the shoes have been shipped. The tracking number they gave me cannot be found in the system and they provided it 3 weeks ago. I wrote again and asked if they can refund my money back because I think it’s a scam. The shoes were $100.

      I ordered from the women's section on the website, a women's size 8. They sent me a men's size 8. I emailed them and they are now proceeding to telling me that I ordered from the men's section when I know I did not. They claim easy returns and exchanges on top of the website, but they can't even make their mistake correct or post the proper information on their page. I would AVOID this company at all cost because they are obviously false advertising with their easy returns and exchanges and pretty much call you a liar when they are the ones who messed up. Maybe they should fix the website so when you order from the WOMEN'S section it is women's sizes not men's or notate that somewhere on the page. They finally sent me an RMA number to return the package, but now I am stuck paying $20 to return it and losing out on the money for their mistake when I ordered the correct item. I am attaching pictures of the order confirmation, the listing where it does not show anything about converting mens size to womens and the return reciept.

      I am attaching new correspondence from the company.  When the original email was not being handled appropriately I told them to let me know what I have to do to get the refund. I got the RMA number and paid the $19.51 to return the shoes and awaiting a refund for the order when the return is received which I believe was today. I now got an email from them stating the new order is being processed for the correct size that should have been shipped to begin with. Well I don’t want an exchange I told them I wanted a refund.

      A refund for the item itself was sent.  Not for the shipping even though it was their mistake and I didn't get the item I ordered, but I guess I should be happy I got anything from them.  I still think the customer service for this company is horrible.

      I ordered shoes from this company on 05/03/2024 for $81.94. I noticed I hadn’t received any shipping confirmation after a week so I emailed them to see what was going on. Ive received and sent 9 messages to and from the company and still have not received any tracking information from the company and they claim my shoes are shipped but they can’t provide me with any tracking information because of the courier. It’s been over a month and still have not received any shoes and no refund from the company.

      I purchased a pair of Women's safety toe boots (**********) for $110.00 almost three weeks ago. I contacted them after the first week as they never mentioned shipping or why there was a delay. They sent me an email stating that they were having trouble with stock. They said my shoes were dispatched and I would receive a tracking number shortly, I should receive my shoes within a week. I contacted them again when another week went by with no word from them. They sent me the exact same email, word for word. I called them but the message was cut off before I could finish. I sent them a text message. A person responded and said they would like to help. I sent them the order number. Haven't heard back from them. I believe they are a scam.

      I received a text from Invincible Shoe saying that my shoes were dispatched and I would receive a tracking number shortly. This is their 3rd notification where nothing happens. They told me after I receive the shoes, I could then return the shoes for a refund. Until I receive the shoes, I won't get a refund.

      I am pretty sure I'm not going to receive a pair of shoes. I still want a refund but they don't plan on giving me my money back. What recourse do I have to get my money back?

      Ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and when I ask they give the same generic response that they will look into it and get back to me. I asked for a refund because I can’t wait any longer and need to purchase shoes for work. Now they aren’t even responding to me. I think they are scamming people

      I ordered shoes on April 17th from the invincible shoes. I have no received an email for shipping just an email for the order confirmation. I have emailed with the company and am given the same generic answer of
      “Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
      Please note that we ship orders from the USA, but our ************ warehouse is currently experiencing low stock. Therefore, we will ship your order (*****) directly from our overseas facility. This is why it's taking a bit long. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped.”
      It has now been three weeks with no change in anything or any update. I can’t get to a real person on the phone it goes to a voicemail. Their shipping policy said 7-14 days for arrival of item its been closer to a month now. I spent way to much money to be waiting this long with no real update

      - Tried the item on and immediately was not satisfied. The reviews online are totally false. I sent a request in March 19 to request to return the shoe purchased, I received a few email responses, after I sent the pictures as they requested showing brand new, never worn, still in box I never received response from them and I sent 3 follow up emails. I don’t know what to do.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
      On November 19th, 2023, I ordered a pair of shoes for $103.54 (Order #*****). I requested a refund within their 14-day window (RMA #********); they were supposed to email me with a confirmation and instructions to return the shoes within 2 business. I waited a week for that email and messaged them via Instagram. I got the instructions email right after. I followed their instructions and emailed them back with the requested information. On December 22nd, 2023, they sent me an email letting me know they received the shoes. I checked the tracking (**** tracking #**** **** **** **** **** **), and the shoes were delivered on 12/22/2023 at 12:58pm. I've messaged them via ********* again and posted a comment under one of their pictures, which they have deleted. I'm still waiting for my refund.

      On February 14th, 2024, I ordered shoes and insoles from the company and as I placed the order, I received a missed call from my pending employer changing my start date from February 23rd to February 16th. I immediately contacted the company by email, leaving a message and chat page on website within 15 minutes of the order and told them that I needed to cancel and my money back as the shoes would not arrive when I needed them. 2 hours later, I received a reply advising that they were sorry for the delay but would contact fulfillment department and update me in 2 business days. Today is the second business day and I do not have shoes or my money and I contacted them by email and they said they have not heard back from the fulfillment department.

      I ordered a pair of shoes that said they were in stock on July 19th 2023. Still had no shipping confirmation by 8/3 and asked for an update. I was told that day that they were back ordered previously but (conveniently) ready for shipment on the day of my complaint. As of 8/23 I received nothing and asked for a refund. They gave me some other **** answer and I then demanded a refund. They said they would refund my money and as of 1/23/24 I have not seen that. This company is a scam.
