Long story short. The shoes are not as they are described online I had to return the shoes, I returned them on time with their difficult procedure, and I have not received my money back.
The company is illegally withholding my money, and I’ve returned their product. The company will not return my call, answer my call, or respond back to me at all.

Horrible product, horrible business practices. Ordered what they call a safety shoe (garbage). The site said fast shipping, next day my email shows that it was charged to my card and still no shipping info. Three more days go by and I call to find out where they are, I am told they were low on stock and were shipping from their overseas supplier. Tried canceling right then but they said its already processed and that I can't return it, I have to wait for a product that hasn't even been shipped to arrive and return it then. Product arrives almost a month later and they said it's past the return window and they will not accept the return.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of shoes. The company told me that I would have them within 7 days. That time came and went. I reached out to them SEVERAL times to obtain tracking info and they NEVER provided me with it. They kept telling me that they were in the mail though. I ordered a product from this business and cancelled the order in "LESS" than 24 hrs and they refused to honor my cancelation after they told me it has to be canceled within 24 hrs and billed my credit card immediately and said they cannot stop shipment. Also, I was told my order would be delivered within 7 - 14 days. I didn't get my order for 23 days and now I'm trying to get a "FULL" refund and they are telling me I have to pay for return shipping. Their customer service policies are the worst I've ever encountered. Shame on them for they're unethical business practices...Initial Complaint

This company is a scam and should be prohibited from doing business in the US. They do not post negative reviews. Their advertising is misleading and they lie about their service. I placed an order for a pair of steel toe shoes for women and order confirmation said standard domestic delivery
They shipped them from *****. They said to order the same size as if you were ordering *****. I wear US 7, ordered 7, got a pair that is a whole size too large. It is up to the buyer to make sure they receive the return, so it means the buyer needs to get trackable and insured label with confirmation of delivery. Based on the complaints they won't refund the money either way. T** ** ******** ***** should close them down. Do not buy from them!Initial Complaint

My order was never fulfilled, was promised to ship within two business days.
Contacted business after not receiving.
They responded and said they shipped it that date as a means of resolution.
The item was never received; they refused to provide tracking information.
Website order status still indicated "preparing for shipment."
I requested tracking information.
They indicated that the carrier must have lost it and declined to identify who the carrier was or provide tracking information.
I asked for a refund or a tracking number.
They responded with a generic message saying they were sorry.
I asked a second time for a refund if they were unable to provide proof of order fulfillment.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband. I was told I'd receive a tracking number. I didnt for over a week. I contacted them for more info. They said the item was out if stock, they will order it from over seas, I didnt want it anymore because it was a gift and wouldn't arrive on time , but took my money and didn't notify me it was out of stock. Weeks later I recieved a tracking number after asking over and over for one because it was not available. A total of three weeks to get my item. I did ask AGAIN for a refund on week 3 but they refused because item was " Shipped" even though it was not shipped. I got the item almost a month later. I immediately requested to return item. They asked for images of item. I sent images. They said they would send me return Info. a week later and 5 emails to them later , no return label, no response. I would like my money back but it seems they are ignoring me and waiting until the time line of return expires. I also feel at this point even if they respond, get the item back they will not give me my money back. Other complaints are similar and this company should be shut down. They run some kind of scam. They don't answer the phone and lie. They stole 90 bucks from me and I. stuck with a pair of shoes that my husband can't wear because they are not certified for a construction site. Their website indicates construction workers shoe/boot. In the USA you cant wear shoes or boots that arent osha certified in the union on sites so he can't use these so I need to return them. I got scammed and they gaslighted me from beginning to end of my purchase. Unprofessional company and they don't care about customers and they steal your money. Hi, thank you for accepting my complaint. They responded to me finally after 2 weeks with the address and rma number to return item. They also add that it will be an exchange which I requested a refund before time shipped and an hour after I recieved the item. the item has not been used. I sent them another email about this and waiting on a response. It's been over a month of having to communicate with them and its ridiculous. I have to pay to send the shoe back and looks like o wont receive a refund. This company plays games and makes you send them 30 emails non stop to get a response and srill ignores your request. I haven't read that anyone has got an refund and dont feel they will give one after they receive item.Initial Complaint

Ordered the shoes for a Christmas present for my son, it was placed on December 13th, 2022. Received a confirmation email promptly. The website is not very forthcoming about shipping time frames, but I did see you only have 7 days to return the shoes. I checked back few days later and the order said "fulfilled" and my credit card was charged. Apparently, you are supposed to receive an email with the shipping information, never received. I've reached out to the company via email, phone and text at least 4 times and have only received a response once (text) and that is how I found out about the "receive an email with shipping information". The status on their website still says "fulfilled". Everything that I had found prior to ordering these sounded legit and that they would be a good product for someone who is one their feet all day. I guess this is what I get for not checking the company out first. Buyer beware, is all I can say. Very disappointed in the customer service.
