      Let me start by stating, I have never had my electricity shut off. Where that may seem like a good electricity supplier, they hold it over my head every month that I have a shutoff notice, and then I pay, every, single, time. Recently they stated that they would place a $625 deposit on my account and now each of the last two months I have paid 500 and 600 respectively and then I just received another shutoff notice for 700 dollars.
      For the last two months, in which I have paid $1100 the energy usage was only approximately $650 in total. This business is a scam and a modern day monopoly as small supplies cannot compete with them and we, the users, are left having to comply with their tyrannical demands.
      Shame on you eversource, people are just trying to keep lights on and power for their families, and your GREED is showing through bright!

      Power goes out every summer in magoon square in ********** *** Been going on for yrs. No notice no nothing just no power. Food in my fridge is bad because the second day in a row and this time it's over ten hours. This company is the worst. They jack up prices for what worse service. Will be looking for other options for power. Go solar. No customer service because they have power what do they care if we don't. My daughter has to sleep with a battery powered fan. This is stuff that I have no control over and it's beyond annoying. Watching children suffer because people can't do their job is disgusting. These guys aren't even doing anything just sitting on their phones. I guess this is America today. I apparently live in a third world country. Thank you for making realized nobody cares and humanity is dead.

      I am an electric-only customer of Eversource. For a period of six months, I was not billed for electricity usage due to a known meter issue. I discovered the issue early and took the initiative to report the discrepancy to Eversource weekly. Despite my repeated attempts to bring this to their attention, no action was taken for over half a year.
      Eventually, after six months, a representative was sent to physically read the meter. After that visit, Eversource issued me multiple bills totaling several thousand dollars. This was far beyond what my actual usage would amount to — which I estimate to be approximately $600 based on my typical monthly usage and historical billing.
      I again contacted Eversource, and they acknowledged the error, stating they would investigate and correct the billing. However, instead of rectifying the situation, they proceeded to charge me again, this time double the already-inflated amount.
      This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and extremely poor business practices. As a customer who did everything in good faith to alert the company and cooperate with resolution efforts, I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.
      I am requesting that Eversource correct the billing to reflect actual usage during the six-month period and cease overcharging. I also urge the BBB to review this pattern of negligence and poor customer service.

      Eversource is inflating my monthly bill so they can get a ******* delivery fee. All winter I've gotten a petty bill of 19 to 30 dollars of usage I've never even used. This company and many other white own business practices will lie and exploit for all eternity because they lack humanity. I've called many times to get and explanation on how the fuck there's a charge for something that is completely shut off!? Not once have I use my gas in 3 months and I've had bill for each one. Last year I'd have a balance of zero dollars if I didn't use my gas... Or it would be as little as 7 dollars. I'm tired of being used by companies like this and I advise everyone to boycott this company and all other preying practice companies.

      Price gouging. Rates are higher than ever and when I tried to setup a payment plan the most I would save is $20. One of the plans offered by a representative was higher than my monthly bill.

      How about publishing the two reviews that I’ve done or don’t you look at all of them?
      This is the third and last time. Do you people understand that it takes five of your reviews to accumulate five stars? The fact that every review is expressing nothing but total dissatisfaction with your rates and rate structure. Maybe it’s time you took a closer look at it. Obviously, **** ********** and ***** ****** were trying to crawl up your butts about your pricing structure, but obviously that all fell on deaf ears so those two are about as useful as you guys are as a utility carrier.
      I have an empty studio apartment in Connecticut whose utility bill is 80% of my down here in Florida where I’m running air conditioning, full blast and all of the other necessary utilities. no, that doesn’t make any sense doesn’t fellas.
      Do your job and start getting your prices in alignment with everybody else?

      THIS IS WRONG!!!!
      Eversource’s billing is outrageous, and their delivery charges are completely unjustified. My energy usage hasn’t changed significantly, yet my bills keep increasing, with delivery fees often higher than the actual electricity cost. It feels like we’re being charged extra just for the privilege of having power!
      On top of that, trying to get answers is impossible. Customer service offers no real solutions, and complaints to regulatory agencies don’t seem to make a difference. How is it fair that residents have no choice but to pay these inflated prices with no accountability?
      ************* consumers deserve fair energy pricing and transparency, but Eversource continues to take advantage of us. Something needs to change.
