      Feel free to use this and edit as needed:
      Eversource’s billing is outrageous, and their delivery charges are completely unjustified. My energy usage hasn’t changed significantly, yet my bills keep increasing, with delivery fees often higher than the actual electricity cost. It feels like we’re being charged extra just for the privilege of having power!
      On top of that, trying to get answers is impossible. Customer service offers no real solutions, and complaints to regulatory agencies don’t seem to make a difference. How is it fair that residents have no choice but to pay these inflated prices with no accountability?
      ************* consumers deserve fair energy pricing and transparency, but Eversource continues to take advantage of us. Something needs to change.

      Eversource seems to take advantage of the season to charge all their customers at a higher cost for the delivery service fees in winter. Our heater is not even using electricity. There is no way the cost will always be higher during the winter. They need to be investigated ASAP.

      A bunch of thieves! They charge their customers anything they want. There is no transparency in how they calculate their fees. Not to mention the public benefits charity charge which we are all forced to pay!!

      To all of the consumers out there, please look at your bill thoroughly. Eversource has increased rates by three times for consumers since one year ago. This is outrageous being that Eversource has been able to get away with creating a monopoly on energy in New England. I am a widowed, full-time single mother on special education, teacher salary living in Massachusetts and I find what eversource is doing, increasing our rates by three times as much from a year ago is highly unethical and outrageous!! I worked as an internal consultant for this company and I know for a fact that this organization only cares about making sure it’s C suite executives have millions of dollars in salaries and they don’t care about making energy affordable for the common consumers.
      They are a mini-Enron and must be stopped! .

      Scam scam scam. This is not a business. This place has teamed up with ****** and his crew to rob the working people. People are struggling to pay their electric bills and provide for their family while these idiots are worried if their salary’s and bonuses will be higher every year. Something needs to be done. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

      Eversource is price gouging and saying usages are higher than they actually are and adding an exorbitant amount of Public Benefits fees to each residential customer bill , 30-50% on top of the higher false usage prices . There are thousands of complaints on a “ban public benefits fees “ page on facebook

      The worst company in New England! Our neighbor states do not do what is being done to us. 30% additional billing to fund thier public benefits is robbery!!!! They are pocketing millions each month and the ceo is just getting richer, while honest bill paying citizens now struggle so we can pay these fraudulent charges are so wrong. The delivery charge in itself is too high and often way more than what we actually use but to have the bill then further increased for public benefits at such a high percent is robbery at its finest

      Just received my $1000 bill. In what universe is that normal? It is not. My husband and I just moved to CT from WA. We have lived in multiple different states and this type of nonsense is a first. You don't make up your losses by taking advantage of customers who pay their bill. At some point your paying customers will decide they aren't going to pay you either. This is absolutely theft. It's disgusting.
