      Billing questions will never be answered by a person. The automated phone system is a joke. Left a number and a agent called back 2 hours later.. said hello and then placed me back on hold loop system.. they force you to pay possible over billing as they threaten collection, but you can never speak to anyone.. 4 phone attempts to speak with someone.. shady/scam Co.

      Well. I finally received my credit check from CareCentrix on Monday 3 June. Just got home today & opened the check. It was short by $288. I did not pay CareCentrix in full because they had turned my accounts over to collections. Once the account was turned over to collections I should have had no more business with CC except my secondary insurance (which they would not file) sent them the dang refund. I Verified with the representative I spoke to that the overage amount was $1,161 & change. Now I guess I’m going to have to file with the Federal Insurance for Fraud against CC, because they were Not due to shorten my Insurance Refund. I know this to be true as I worked in finance for 20 years & am familiar with sending accounts to collections. Once they turned it over to collections CC had to accept the amount that the collection agency sent them as Payment In Full.

      Absolute scam! Like many here way over charged for a back brace that didn't even fit. When I asked to return it they waited over 2 weeks to finally send me the information on who to contact to return, only to be met with I'm past the return window (by a few days). Complaint is in with the ****** *** ****** **** ************** ** ******** ***** **** ***** and the Department of Financial Services Division of Consumer Services with Florida. A complaint with FBI has also been filed for medical fraud. Do not bend to these people

      Worse “healthcare management” I’ve Ever dealt with in my life. February 2022 I was fitted with a prosthesis and immediately billed for over 1,200. So come March still no info. from CC, I called & talked to a young man & was informed they do not file secondary insurances, so I requested a claim form from CC. They sent it right out. End of April I get a notice my account has been put into collections. I’m still working with my insurance co. to get answers & still talking to CC. I talked to collections & they put a 15 day hold on the account. I’m still talking to my 2nd insurance & finally found out that “I” would have to provide them the info. they required from my primary insurance…so now I’m doing their job for them. I made a call back to the collections & they said they would discount the $1,200 if I could pay it in full. Short story, I did. On 1 April 2024 I received a EOB & they had Paid CC. I immediately got on the phone & requested a refund. I was informed that it would be between 6-8 weeks before the would send it to me. I’ll keep y’all updated. If I’d had told them that they’d of had a hissy fit. My refund should be here 27 May, that’s the 8 weeks. I will not deal with these unprofessional, inept, bumbling idiots ever again.

      CareCentrix partakes in price gouging. My BCBS provider uses CareCentrix to manage a brace rental for my daughter. We went with the rental option because the brace company said they would rent it for around $90 per month. We had this go through our BCBS insurance and they use CareCentrix to manage these claims. CareCentrix is charging us over $660 per month for the brace. This company should be investigated.

      The worst customer service department! It is so frustrating having to ask over and over the same question. Why am I being billed for equipment I returned? How can you still charge me for a time period that the equipment is no longer in my possession? I called and put a complaint in with my state official and my insurance carrier about this company overcharging.

      I would like to give zero stars, but this option is unavailable. The call center sucks, and they never answer their emails. Sometimes, I wonder how a company that bad continues to be in business.

      This company is a horrible company to deal with. I tried to talk with a customer service person as dealing with the billing office was of no use. This is an umbrella comapany with multiple tiers and they pass the buck around and around to avoid fixing the problem......feels like i was involved with a shell game. I was billed for equipment that i never received. It was very hard to stop automated shipments for equipment that i did not need. That process took 5 months. In my opinion it was their way of ripping off the insurance company BC/BS and driving up healt care prices for everyone.

      Charged almost 3x the price for a Nebulizer, mask, and tubing for both my children. Carecentrix charged $150.17 per device and the cash price if I didn't have insurance from Oxylife Respitory (the supplier) would have been $65.00. I could have also bought the same machines through Amazon for $50.00. This company is a repeat offender of price gouging. I will be filing a complaint with my state attorney's office, Insurance regulator and legislator.

      Carecentrix. Remind me to never deal with these people again, come death do we part. $3489.46 for a defibrillator vest “use” and return to them in 20 days. USED THE THING TWENTY DAYS! And the customer service is the worst in the nation because you will NEVER get them on the phone. From one “hold” to another “hold”. Tried at least 10 times (no exaggeration) to speak to someone there. We’re practically indigent and get held up for a bill with no portal for negotiation. JUST A FINAL NOTICE TO PAY THE INVOICE. No wonder American citizens have no trust in the medical system.
