      charging me for c-pap that they didn't provide and I pay for through another billing company. call to resolve and no one can explain why they charge for the actual machine. over priced accessories and terrible system to set up payments

      SCAM - charged me $324.91 for a wrist brace that retails for $31 on a medical supply site. I have Horizon BCBS federal employee plan and IMHO they are ripping off the insurance company who then passes the cost to the members.
      Time to take a trip to ******* to speak with legislators about this.....
      I suggest to all folks being balance billed by them to just not pay it and file a complaint with their local insurance regulator and legislator.

      Argued over a bill claiming something was sent (without authorization or knowledge) to our address while we were out of town the whole month, different person EVERY TIME and that's when you can get a real person on the phone after waiting almost an hour.... Company is either way understaffed or not knowledgeable of their actions. And don't bother to give me the standard BOT reply about how the problem is being addressed.

      Company is such a ripoff and the reviews here says it all. They sent us a bill for about $200 for a nebulizer that costs about $20 on Amazon. They charged my insurance company in addition to that. We were told from hospital that the device is covered under insurance and you shouldn’t pay for it. I’ve never used the crappy device that this company has charged me for. you need take your device back and stop ripping off people

      This company should be investigated pronto. The first bill received states the bill payment total is 793.51 due March 3, 2024 Today is February 23, 2024, yet I just received a followup bill stating payment is late so they want 892.26. How can it be late if it is due March 3.
      When you call in to make the payment via automated patient payment via service provided by the site, the amount quoted to pay is 1, 685.77.
      AED ******* * *********** *** ******** The first bill statement says the total cost was 4,561.66
      Total payments received. 1,574.05
      Insurance pending. 0.00
      Adjustments $-2,194.10
      Patient Payment due 3/6/2024. 793.51
      The second payment statement
      *** ******* * *********** *** ******** 4,461.28
      Total payments received 3,569.02
      Insurance pending 0.00
      Adjustments 0.00
      Patient Payment Past Due 892.26
      The invoice numbers are also different on each account.
      The phone automation now has an increased due amount now of 1, 687.77 which when the two due amounts are added together totals the 1, 687.77. That is double billing for the same item and they received which is 3,569.02.

      Have been trying to get a CPAP machine since November 13, 2023.
      A nightmare dealing with CareCentrix and ******  Every time I call Care Centrix to follow up on status, I am told something different. I have been given conflicting information on the same call.
      ***** does not even answer the phone.

      One of if not the WORST company I have tried to work with. If your not careful you will get bill after bill after. Cannot get someone on the phone. Total rip off on supplies. When I see my Primary care physician next month I will recommend to him to NEVER suggest to anyone to try a CPAP machine.

      Worst company to have to deal with! I'm a Type 2 diabetic. Since turning 65 and having to go on Medicare I lost my free diabetic supply program. My Endo has been trying to get me a new glucose monitor and testing supplies for almost 2 months now. CareCentrix has everything all screwed up. You can never talk to the same person there twice. They all give you the run around. I still have no way to check my glucose! For a diabetic that's DEADLY!!! I can not believe they just can't send the prescription over to my local drug store. They farm it out to some unknown supplier in a different state. CareCentrix is WORTHLESS.

      Upon resolving a BBB complaint on *****,  on 9/27/2023 I was approved for a refund from Carecentrix for the full amount of $297.08, which I was told would be refunded by November-end. On 9/28/23, I spoke to a Carecentrix representative, Amber (as advised by ** ***) to inform them of the refund and ensure it was processed, and Amber confirmed with ** ***, and provided to me a reference # (Amber******) as confirmation for processing the refund and it would take 6-8 weeks to complete.
      I called Carecentrix a 2nd time on 11/29/2023 and spoke to Kalina to get a status update on the refund as I didn't receive anything and was told the refund was never processed in September 2023 and it was done only on 11/16/23 and it would take 6-8 weeks to get the refund.
      I called a 3rd time on 12/5/2023 and spoke to Sherra and was told "as of 12/01/23, the refund is to be processed." I called a 4th time on 12/28/23 for another update and was again told cash refund processed on 12/01/2023 and not mailed out. I called back later that same day to speak to a Supervisor about the refund status and after being put on hold for sometime I was told by the rep that "a supervisory is not available."
      I have been getting the same answer multiple times with no proper update on when and if I will actually receive my refund despite the refund being approved. This has been outstanding for several months now with delays and I am not able to even speak to a Supervisor to get this resolved quickly, which leads me to believe this company doesn't want to give me my money back despite the official approvals.
