      Horrible Company! There is no clear up front costs explained and then the bills to buy the machine just keep coming and coming. Then the shipments of products, new filters, new hoses, new masks, and they are pricey!!! I also received an invoice from Rotech and CareCentrix said ALL bills should go through them, I should not have paid RoTech. I also had double charges, as I had invoices for the same items duplicated. Per Pamela, she explained those paid invoices were billed incorrectly and they had to re-bill them correctly so they applied my payments to other invoices, it was a huge MESS. During July this year I had another call with CareCentrix to pay my bill and he advised me I had an outstanding bill dated January 11th, 2023 for supplies that shipped. Hurricane *** hit **** ***** ***** September 28th, we had no post office or mail service in January as the post office had washed away. Temporary mail service was set up near our airport for our mail and it took a while for them to find a location. We had no electric for a while so to find out where we could go get our mail was delayed as well. I explained I never received a package in January, we were still digging out of the hurricane damage. The rep agreed to remove the charges. I called CareCentrix shortly after that call and cancelled the service. That was several months ago. After months of peace, today (November 20th), I receive an invoice for $416.91 for the January shipment I never received that they told me they would remove. As I type this complaint I have been on hold to speak with a rep for 41 minutes!!! This company is unorganized, has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and doesn't care about customers whatsoever... they are impossible to reach unless you call and hit the prompt to make a payment... then you can get someone.

      This company scams patients by over billing. CareCentrix charges double the retail price on medical equipment to people in the hospital and then if insurance does not pay their inflated prices, that charge is then billed to the patients directly. I was given a cheap $35 walker in the hospital to take home and was not informed that I would be billed for it by a third-party company. When I got home from the hospital, I got a phone message from them and I assumed they were just some company trying to sell their "after surgery" services. A month letter I received a bill in the mail for $71.57 for this cheap walker. If I had known what I was going to be charged, I would have purchased the walker directly or had a family member loan me one. This company takes advantage of people with these unethical business practices and the hospitals that use them and overcharge insurance companies for everything is just as bad. If the insurance companies aren't going to pay their inflated pricing, they shouldn't be taking advantage of patients by passing those charges on to them.

      Total Rip-off. Ordered a Cpap and was told I could return without any charges within the 1 month window if it didn't function as promised. NO! Now they want over $550 for something that NEVER worked and was returned in like new condition within the allotted time!

      Garbage rip-off company. Sending bills to me almost daily for small amounts with no explanation for the amounts or itemization. Calling for any kind of customer service involves waiting for long periods of time (while listening to ridiculously cheerful muzak) and dealing with rude representatives. When I returned my CPAP (not knowing that by that point I actually owned it) to the provider and discontinued service, I STILL received bills and threatening past due notices, even though I overpaid and had a $58 credit to my account. Still trying to get that refunded with no success so far. Don't have anything to do with this company if you can help it. Before getting a service like CPAP, find out who handles the billing. If it is CareCentrix, be forewarned. If I could give it less than zero I would, so a one-star review will have to suffice. Surprise, surprise; CareCentrix is not BBB accredited as of this writing.

      I have a situation that got so frustrated. I've been trying to get billing corrected for the past three months with no luck. The provider sent the supplies to my previous address, even though I have received supplies at my current address. I had a three way conference with the supplier, and now I received the Final Notice. what a disappointment.
      I hope someone looks at this review and takes notice of this review and makes the correction. I will not take delivery of anymore supplies until this is resolved.

      Carecentrix simply don't want to do there job I get a different answer every time I call nothing gets done and will not get done its just a scam for ******* blue members to get denied on supplies

      My husband owes Care Centrix money and rather than not paying it at all, we called to set up payment options with what we can afford monthly which was $60. They have been pulling out the $60 AND an extra $100 2 weeks after that - total they were taking is $160 which is NOT WHAT THE AGREEMENT WAS! We can't afford that, so I had to put a stop payment at our bank! This is unacceptable so please BEWARE of trying to do the right thing and giving Care Centrix your bank account information and setting up a payment plan.

      Billing is terrible. It's nearly impossible to trace the bills back to an EOB. And Carecentrix WILL send you to collections without notifying you or making it easy for you to pay any past due amount, even if all your many other bills from them are paid in full. And if they send you to collections they won't talk to you, so forget about getting any explanation.

      On 04/27/2023 CareCentrix/WellCare denied my 101 year old mother’s return to the Skilled Nursing Facility that admitted her to the hospital for Pneumonia symptoms. The Doctor/PT/OT all recommended that my mother return to the Skilled Nursing Facility. The Doctor that cared for my Mom even offered to do a Peer-to-Peer review with WellCare and the CareCentrix representative said that it would not change their decision. Therefore, after multiple days of trying to get this major medical issue resolved I feel I have no other option than filing a complaint with the ******* Department of Insurance Regulation and or an Age Discrimination Lawsuit against CareCentrix/WellCare.
      Let me finish by saying if I could rate this company with a zero I would!!!
