      I have travelers auto insurance. Had a collision with a deer, truck went to body shop. This insurance company will not respond to anybody regardless of need. They work in the shadows making descision about repairs without contacting the insured.

      I had storm damage occur to my home. I submitted a claim on November 2nd. I still haven't received a report or a check for the damages. The field adjuster, Tom S****** was at my home on 11/4/24. I had to call the the claims adjuster, Sharnell L******* ** 11/15 to follow up. On November 21, A supervisor for Tom S****** called and said he realized the field adjuster missed some damages on my garage. I had to take photos and submit. I have made numerous phone calls, sent emails. I just keep getting told next week. I have missed the opportunity to get the damages fixed due to weather. I have left numerous messages with Sharnell's supervisor, Jamillia M*******. No phone from Jamilia. I have paid my insurance premium on time every month. What have I paid for?

      12/4/2024 I canceled home owner insurance. With travelers in October. They did not take any money from me in November. But on 12/4/2024 they took $158.50 from my debit card. After I canceled my insurance with them in Oct I tried to delete my debit card on their website and was unable to. And now they have agreed to put the $158.50 back on my card but have not done so.

      I received a copy of my consumer report through **********. On this report, TRAVELERS INS **** ******** **** **** ********* ** is reporting my birthdate as "0". I previously contacted TRAVELERS INS and my request for them to correct their records by removing the erroneous date of birth has been ignored. I need TRAVELERS INS to delete this record from **********, their systems and from any other entity where it is being reported as it is erroneous information.

      In early Nov 2024 I checked my Traveler's account and was notified that there was a bank return for my Oct 15, 2024 payment. I immediately check with my bank, *****. A ***** rep confirmed that my Oct payment was debited on Oct 15th, there were no reverse transactions or adjustments. I was infromed I needed to address this Traveler's. From approximately Nov 2nd tgur Nov 29th I contacted Traveler's times a week regarding an investigating what happened with my Oct payment. To this date there is no resolution. I was told by 4 different reps that there were issues with the investigation and there were no updates. I have attached a sceeenshot of the bank transaction (no personal or acct info included). I have also listed my insurance policy number below.

      I was in a car accident where the person who hit me and was at fault was driving a turo vehicle and the person whom owned the car insurance is travelers and responsible for getting my car fix it’s been 2 months and they won’t fix my car or call me back with a resolution. I forwarded the person who hit me insurance from progressive which states they aren’t paying for my vehicle and every time I call them they don’t answer my calls and I request to speak with the claim representative manager and has never received a call back from no one .claims representative Justin b**** #*********145.I have called once a week for a month with no response.

      So Back on February 20th I was in a car accident. Me and my car were insured by Travelers Insurance and i went through the whole process getting them police reports where the driver admits to pulling into the road and the polices statements even said i wasn't going to be at fault when they seen the scene. Fast forward they say im at fault and that was a false report and they cant get the real one so i go to the manager to show its real. they continue to say it will be investigated and eventually i get just the money for my deductible reimbursement. they then turned off auto renew without telling me so when it was supposed to be renewed they erased all of the claim information i had off of the application and created a lapse in my insurance basically doubling my rates. Now besides that i’ve getting calls from bill collectors and hospitals because they never paid the bills they were supposed to and wont answer any of my calls or emails over the past few months so now im here hoping this solves something and get them to respond to their customer. i just want my bills paid and for the insurance company to be held liable for ignoring multiple calls and emails (to the manager also) letting this go on Since February.

      *****/Travelers Homeowners Insurance, (Travelers – *** ******** *** ** *** **** ******** ** ***********, Paul T*******, telephone number ###-###-####. I have been a customer of *****/Travelers Insurance for approximately 36 years and never had any problems until I had to file a claim regarding a storm that had occurred, and the entire roof was damaged. In the past eleven (11) years or more, I have not filed any homeowners’ claims. On February 26, 2024, Devon R***, Claim Adjuster, came out to my property and did an assessment and this was Claim Number *******. Although the entire roof was damaged, at that time, the Adjuster was only willing to pay for half the roof. That is when the dispute commenced with *****/Travelers only willing to pay half the roof only the front and not the rear. On July 2, 2024, Paul T*******, came out to my home to make an assessment and indicated the entire roof would be replaced, however, the following day, he said *****/Travelers were not going to pay for the entire roof. This entire process of going back and forth was an ordeal and a dilemma.December 2, 2024, I do not understand why *****/Travelers split the claims into three (3) separate Claim Numbers: ***********, *******, and *******. My personal analysis is the splitting of these three (3) claims should have been filed under one (1) roof, one (1) claim.I am requesting that *****/Travelers Homeowners Insurance reconsider consolidate these three (3) separate claims into one (1) consolidated claim. These three (3) separate claims hindered me from obtaining a cheaper homeowner’s insurance through ****** ******** ********** *********** ******. On October 3, 2024, **** ********* Request Denied my request for homeowners’ insurance. In addition, *****/Travelers increased my homeowner’s insurance. As a Veteran, I am being treated unfairly by *****/Travelers by not having the ability to seek other homeowners’ insurance elsewhere. ***** made me a high risk to other vendors.

      My 2020 **** ***** ********* was deemed a total loss due to hurricane Milton and reported to Travelers on October 10th. October 14th ****** contacted me by telephone to inquire where my car was located and towed to their lot the same day. Appraisal was completed October 15th at ******** lot. My backseats were all folded down and I had personal items still in the vehicle.

      Since that time I have been regularly requesting the return of my personal items when I was alerted the car was a total loss by telephone and email. Travelers stated I would need to travel to a lot hours from my house. I asked that Travelers have my items mailed back to me as that would require me to take an entire day off from work to drive there and back. The delays continued for over 3 weeks. I provided Travelers the items that were in my vehicle - a childs booster seat, 3 childrens books, rayban sunglasses and a nintendo switch. Jerry told me that ****** said they looked in my vehicle and there were no items. Travelers shared photos taken by the appraiser on Tuesday, October 15th which somehow proves my items were not in the vehicle because they were already stolen by ****** or its employees. Interestingly enough - the smoking gun photos show my backseats were now raised and put back into position and all my mats (front and back seat) were also removed from the vehicle - it was obvious someone rearranged my car and removed things from Travelers own photos. Travelers then stated they had a phone recording of me saying I had no items of value in the vehicle but when asked for a copy refused to provide it.

      My license plate was not returned despite my requests. Finally, the appraisal by Travelers is low ball, undervalued and Travelers would not accept 2 comps provided by ******* (although it says nothing differently in the policy). Travelers has been sitting on my claim for over 50 days and has done nothing to investigated in good faith or provide me any information on my items stolen.

      I bought home insurance at Aug 3,2024 and got insured for one year (period is from Aug 3,2024 to Aug 3,2025) since September the company asked me sent more documents prove my house square foot,I sent public records documents to them was told it is no work i have to hire someone to my house to do that and i have to pay the cost,i living my house almost 24 years never ever got this request from insurance company i think this is their job!this house only my husband and me live there,we’re all old people,he is 73 years older and I am 61 ,we are all low income and have public aid from government how we can pay extra money to measure my property?,last week they kicked me out and refunded money to me,i paid $1428 just got $1000 back,i don’t know why they do that,i think they should refund more money to me cause i only got 2 months insurance,(since September they told me if i didn’t send professional people report my hours would not be covered!,i really upset what they did to me! They already signed contracts for me why they change mind want to increase amount?I got mail at September asking me sent $190 extra money I refused to pay it after that i have been told my house square foot is not correct,I have paper proof my square foot but they don’t admit
