      I paid for parking at ***** **** ****** in ******* for 3 hours. I received a citation and when I disputed it, it was declined, reason: unfortunately we do not see any transactions with your name or email you’ve provided. I’m not sure why they would look for that specific information when the kiosk only requires to enter the license plate number and select hours to be paid. I provided evidence from my credit card (****) that it was paid. I followed up with an email, but did not receive a response.

      On April 1st, I received a $102 parking citation from LAZ Parking at approximately 2:32 PM for allegedly parking illegally at *** * *** **** ******** ** *****. However, I have a valid receipt showing that I paid for parking at 2:36 PM — only four minutes after the citation was issued.

      I disputed the citation and provided a copy of my receipt. The company responded by reducing the fine to $25 but stated that:

      1. They have no record of my receipt in their system.

      2. The receipt was allegedly for a different lot, approximately six minutes away from where I was actually parked (17 minutes walking).

      This response is unacceptable. The minimal time gap suggests either a delay in walking to pay or a technical lag in their system — neither of which justify a fine. More importantly, the fact that they admit they do not have my receipt in their system raises serious questions about their internal recordkeeping and enforcement accuracy. Despite having my clear proof of payment, they are still requiring I pay a reduced fine.

      This appears to be either a system error or misattribution of payment location within their software, and they are penalizing me for their own technical failure. I am being fined despite fulfilling my legal and financial obligation to pay for parking. This may constitute an unfair and deceptive business practice under state consumer protection laws.

      Paid to park in a LAZ parking lot. Had dinner and left. The fee was paid and the denied email said I violated the terms. So $13 was paid. And somehow I didn’t pay and must now pay $82 instead of $102 in ten days or pay $102 for not agreeing with the “adjustment”

      I have been parking in the Laz lot for 2 years at **** ****** ******. I have been purchasing pre-paid vouchers for the Managers monthly to pay for daily parking. It was brought to my attention on 6/4/25 by another Manager that they had consultants come in that to change the time of daily lot of 9am-4pm parking with these vouchers and gave me a hard time to let me out wanting another additional $28. To conclude, I have $210 left in vouchers and they refuse to give me credit back with this change or allow to to do the parking and let me to finish the 2 weeks. I have. The Managers are Mike ###-###-#### and Cliff ###-###-#### I have reason to believe I am not the only person this lot is doing this too.

      I had paid for a parking with my credit card on 05/23/2025 at *** *** and for some reason they had printed out an incorrect license plate number even after I had submitted my own. I was in a rush to a meeting so I didn't think too much of it and when I came back from the meeting, I had received a parking ticket here. I called LAZ a few times without any response and finally received a call back and email saying I would have to contact the ticketing folks.

      Pretty terrible since I had paid a whopping $35 for less than 2 hours of parking to be printed the wrong license plate causing me to get a ticket.

      Very little to no help on their end for a mistake that could have been avoided.

      I left a delivery 11:52. When I arrived nobody was at the parking booth side entrance I took a ticket. I left food 12:00pm 3rd Floor. When I was driving down the ramp was fulled and That delayed 10 minutes to reach the exit booth. My ticket was validated in the 3rd floor Med Office where I left food. But the girls of the exit booth insisted and collected me 3$ in cash even though I told them that I wad delivery driver, that my ticket was validated and that ramp was full of cars and delayed 10+ mins to reach them. BTW the delay was bc the girls argumented with every driver and delayed the transit.

      I have a video showing the entrance that I pulled into. On 5/24/25 I parked at the ******* garage. There were NO signs at the entrance I used indicating that parking was $20 for an event. The attendant refused to honor the posted price of $10. I need a refund of $10 as this was false advertising or I’ll file a complaint with the ******** ********

      I am a resident in ***** housing and submitted for my parking spot which is lot 3 parking number 8. I submitted my application to pay for my annual parking and prevent a fraudulent boot on my car once again as they have done in the past causing me to pay and not refunding my money! I submitted my application and Calle and even emailed several times. They falsely claimed that housing is preventing me from getting my parking. I have gone to management several times and they indicated that it is a lie they have told other. These parking spots are supposed to be for the residents first, but because we know they prefer to receive over a thousand dollars to a non resident. They have time and time again done fraudulent activity against the residents and myself included. Please follow up with these actions and communication is key.

      On May 3, 2025 my boyfriend applied for and paid $190 for monthly parking at **** * ******** **** **** via ***************** which is where the sign on the outside of the garage says to apply for monthly parking. We received the confirmation and signed contract via email the same day. Since then we have not been issued a QR code to enter and leave the garage. We have emailed and called dozens of times and they are not answering either. We finally got ahold of a manager named Koku and he told us that he would give our names to the parking attendant and that for now to take a ticket to enter the garage and to call the attendant when leaving and they would let us out without needing to pay. This morning I tried to leave the garage and called the attendant and they would not let me out without paying the $24 ticket. I called twice and was hung up on both times and they did not answer the third call. We tried to called Koku several times and he did not answer, we left voicemails which have not yet been returned. I am attaching our confirmation, contract, and a picture from ****** maps showing that it says to go to the website we went to to apply for monthly parking (I am currently not home to take a picture, but those banners are still up, and the ****** map picture says it was taken in April 2025.)

      I am a resident of **** ******** ****. My apartment complex had a contract with LAZ Parking at **** ******** **** which is across the street and I've been parking my car there since December 2023 when I moved in. I was on vacation from March 28-April 6th. When I arrived back on the 6th in my new car, I was going to park my new car in my space at **** ******** and take my old car to my cousin's house to store there. When I tried to use my keycard, I couldn't get out of the garage. That's when I found out that, while I was out of town, they cancelled the contract with my complex but nobody ever notified me. I then reached out to Sandra that day, only to get in a back and forth debate with her where she was extremely rude and unhelpful, basically telling me that none of what happened had anything to do with her. She was so rude to the point that the security guard sitting at the desk told me to report her because she speaks this way to everyone and they've gotten multiple complaints about her.

      Fast forward to today.....I finally get a place in my building to park the car after it's been held there all this time because she wouldn't let me get it out without paying and she STILL won't release my car. And then to add insult to injury, she reaches out to my complex to tell them that if I don't get the car, she's going to have it towed but when I try to get it, she's tryna charge me $25 a day since March 28th and that's just not fair. I simply want my car back so I can park at my complex and forget about this nightmare and never have to deal with Sandra again.
