      Transaction occurred on 1/29/23 at the ***** **** *** in ********** **. I parked for 23 hours and 56 minutes from 1/28/23 08:59AM to 1/29/23 08:56AM. The rates listed were $16.00 for 4-24 hours, with no specification that the (up to) 24 hours have to occur on the same calendar date. I am seeking a refund of $16.00. There is no readily available customer service email or phone number listed for this business.

      On Sep 17, 2022 I reserved parking through LAZ Parking at *** **** ***** ****** in ********** **. I was attending a sports event and wanting to ensure I had a parking spot. Once I arrived to *** **** ***** ** garage, I entered and found multiple vehicles trying to do turn around in a one way garage. It was a mess with no available spots. I was forced to leave, and upon exit was stuck until a resident opened the door from the other side because the motion sensors were not working. I was then late to my event, and forced to pay 80$ cash to park elsewhere. I tried to contact LAZ twice through their website. I got one reply the first time via email, asking about my trip. I provided a screen shot and have not heard back in over a month. I tried to reach that person again, and submitted another request for help throught the website and nothing has happened! I tried to disbute with my credit card company and it got denied. Please refund me my 27.50!

      I did refund customer and told him that he should allow 3-5 business days to process refund. He had a lot to say but I did hear him out and offered complimentary parking if he is ever in town as long as he gives me advance notice.

      I was wrongfully cited for unpaid parking on Nov 14th, 2022 even though I had paid for it. On the following day, Nov 15th, I sent an e-mail to the address on the parking ticket with attachment of my paid parking receipt and brief explanation of the wrongful citing. Followed up on the e-mail again on the 16th. Didn't receive a response for both e-mails.

      On the 22nd, I sent another e-mail in the morning following up as on the citation, it states the ticket needs to be paid by the 28th in order for me to avoid any additional fine. Received a call later that day on the 22nd and the lady said she'll "investigate" for me and give me a call back...only for me to receive an e-mail hours later stating that I would need to send a notice to the e-mail I've been sending to since the 15th! I sent another brand new e-mail on the 22nd after the call WITH the citation number in the subject line, and all proof attached. Only to receive another e-mail asking me to send in proof.

      Today is the 28th and as of 6:30am ET, the citation is still LIVE on the site! I find it extremely ridiculous that a company could WRONGFULLY cite someone for "unpaid-paid" parking, yet give them the runaround when they are proactively trying to resolve the issue.

      November 10th. Was at the parking grage, missed placed my ticket after working out at the gym. Asked for a new ticket, was told that's not allowed. I said I was going to go to the gym and look for my ticket. Was told that I need to pay ~$25 to exit the grage. I responded, absolutely not. Worker moved to block my path. Told me I'm not allowed to move and must pay fee. I said I'm leaving to find my ticket. 2 more employees came with walkie talkies telling me I was on camera. They told me the cops would be getting involved if I didn't pay. This was a crazy and alarming experience.

      This is in regards to a ticket number LAZD-****** for license plate ******. I parked in the ******* Lot (**** ******* **) and paid the night rate. In the lot there is a huge sign that reads “$14-Night Rate, 6pm-6am”. I used the LAZ parking text to pay the night rate which it seemed like was for 6pm-6am. This is actually MORE what is posted on several sites for this lot to stay overnight (attached) but I read the sign posted that said 6pm-6am, assumed that was true and went through with payment. I hadn’t really looked at the ticket because I saw that sign until I got a ticket for $87. I did not even stay overnight in the lot.
      The ticket was disputed and I ended up paying them $67 but called to speak to a manager (which is what the person who helped me to pay recommended) and was not able to speak with someone and so called back but was hung up on. There is misleading signage and postings on the internet that led me to believe this was in fact the “Night Rate” for the lot. There are a plethora of negative reviews about this specific lot that also point to misleading information as a way to give out tickets.

      On 10/6/2022 I parked in the ********* parking lot at *** ****** ****** ** ********* **. While this is a paid parking lot, it does allow free 30 minute parking for store customers, and I was in the store well under the 30 minute limit. So, I was frustrated to come out to my car and see a parking fee notice on my windshield. I had seen the parking attendant issuing notices when I got out of my car and headed into the store, but she was nowhere in sight when I came out. 
      I appealed this fee notice via the company’s website by submitting a copy of my store receipt which was time stamped, but my appeal was denied because the attendant falsely marked my vehicle as having been in the parking space for an hour and ten minutes over the time limit. This is patently untrue. I pulled a report of my vehicle’s travel history for the time in question (via the ******* app) to submit as further proof of the attendant’s error, but the company website gave me no option except to pay the fee, stating that I had reached “max appeal.” (One chance to appeal is apparently the maximum.) There is no applicable contact information available for this company on their website, no further recourse available to me at all. This company’s employee was incorrect and I am now responsible for a $60 fee for a transgression I did not commit.

      My vehicle was dropped off at LAZ fly valet parking lot on 8/12/22. Upon retrieval of my vehicle on 8/22/22, I noticed that the front of my car bumper was cracked and scratched in several different areas. I filed a complaint around 7:30pm with Gabby. I called the next day to inquire about my complaint and was treated poorly by the female customer service manager. She told me that my claim would not get looked at until Thursday 8/25 because her General Manager was gone for the day (Tuesday 8/23), and he had jury duty on Wednesday 8/24. When I asked her what is the protocol for dishonest employees I was told "I don't know, thats above my paygrade". This was a very unprofessional response. Customer service should not be extended based upon pay grades. I received an email that my claim had been denied on Thursday 8/25 at 9:36am. I don't understand how someone who was not in the office could review 240 hours of footage. I was not given a reason for denial of my claim. This is dishonest and unfair! I want a refund for the 10 days that my vehicle was parked here, and I want my vehicle repaired!

      The customer did file a claim that damage was done to their vehicle, however we have cameras all over our lot (including when the customer pulls in) and can see all vehicles at all times. This customer had the damage they are referring to when they entered the lot. Our valets do a full inspection when vehicles are dropped off as well. So not only is the damage visible on when they arrived but it was also marked on the customers ticket. That is why the customers claim was denied. The customer was extremely rude when they called, which while not appropriate, is what prompted that response from customer service. Unfortunately the general manager was out of the office the day the customer called and in fact did have jury duty this week as well. These things do happen and in no way was an excuse to avoid the customer. Because the damage was visible upon dropping the vehicle off and clearly marked on the ticket we will not be taking responsibility for repairing the vehicle or be refunding the parking.

      This company pick is chose when they want to give tickets one day you won’t get a ticket the next day you they need to be consistent all the time because that’s unfair I work in a place right next to the parking lot so that the closest place for me to park when I first started my boss stated they don’t bother cars at night I thought it was true because on Friday my co worker didn’t get a ticket but on Sunday we did

      My husband paid for parking this morning when he got to work (which both the LAZ website and *** answering service confirmed when we called), confirmation number ********. He parks in this deck outside of his office every time he goes into the office for work and ALWAYS pays without issue. Under duress this afternoon, he paid to have the inappropriately placed immobilization device/boot removed as he was desperate to make sure that one of us could make it to pick up our children on time (which he was supposed to be the parent to do this afternoon). This is OUTRAGEOUS and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE... we deserve a refund of his parking for today, refund of the immobilization removal fee ($75) that was ONLY paid under duress, and compensation for the inconvenience/risk subjected to our family/time spent having to dispute this matter/time away from work for the other parent having to walk out of a meeting and miss work to pick up our children/potential TBD late fee that may be assessed for late pickup of our children... based on the negligence experienced from the existing people, processes, and technology as park of the services rendered.
