      There are a few companies out there that do this but once confronted they dish out the refund. Not this company, I was wrongfully charged two times for a monthly subscription to there parking pass (after cancelling on my end) yet when I contacted them the first time there was no record of me ever doing so. I kindly asked for a refund and they said no refunds allowed, I ate the cost and asked them to cancel it this time. A month later I see another charge for the next month. I once again call and they now said I never cancelled it properly, No, your employee didn’t cancel it properly. Not only can they not refund two months worth of parking that I literally can’t use, they say they cancelled it. I wonder if that is true.

      Horrible company and parking attendants. Pay after you park, QR code wouldnt pull up, they said to pay before you park. FRAUDS!

      Posted prices and rates are never accurate to what is being charged. Fraudulent cowards.

      A morally bankrupt company that will even nickel & dime their loyal customers who purchase yearly parking passes with trivial or sometimes completely unfounded citations. Meanwhile, the same company does not maintain the pot hole-filled lot where many lights do not work at night. Worse yet, people who routinely take up multiple spots are never ticketed, even when the lot becomes full and those who paid $500/year for a permit cannot even park there as a result. Lastly, if they're going to charge $500/year for a permit, along with another $100+ for various citations throughout the year, you'd think they could at least mail you a copy of your yearly permit to display, but apparently that would hurt their earnings too much!

      Terrible. My friend parked in a lot operated by LaZ parking on w 9th st. She paid 20 dollars to park there and the received a bill for 92 dollars an hour, which is ridiculous.

      Predatory company that can't even spend the money to upkeep their lots. With howuch they charge in fines, you'd think they would invest some of that back into their properties rather than lining their own pockets. Shady practices abound from this company.

      Terrible! Drove in and out of a packed garage shops of Buckhead. Could not find space so frustrated after 10 min. Left to go to other garage and was charged $5.00! Complete robbery!

      This has to be one of the worst companies ever. I use to them to park and yes when it comes to receiving payments and asking for money they are very punctual and get everything done on time but they do not give a rats tail about who parks in their parking lot. Why charge for the Lott if you continue to let non permit holders park there for free. IVE MUST OF SRNT MORE THAN 40 emails regarding illegal Parker’s and they don’t do anything about it. They’re good at replying and saying they will send one someone out but nobody comes out. I’ve even called gave license plate numbers and discriptions of the cars who park there daily taking up our parking and nothing. So I decided to write a review on here and will be filling a complaint as well.

      Absolutely the worst customer service. We parked at Charlie WeHo parking garage on Santa Monica and had a problem with opening the gate on exit. We paid the parking fee and had both our parking ticket and printed receipt for the payment. We tried calling customer service and spoke with at least 5-6 different people - no help. After probably 20 minutes at the gate their security guys showed up. He had a remote in his hand, but refused to open the gate for us. We showed this ***** our ticket and the payment receipt, but he refused to open the gate and just stood there… Finally, after another 15 minutes arguing with this brainless *****, we figured the way to manually open the gate! I understand LAZ cannot get smart people working there for minimum wages, but my god, either don’t hire total *****s or give them some training! We wasted a lot of time there on Saturday night and got stressed out for no good reason! Hope LAZ managed reads this review and fires that brainless *****! But looking at all these bad reviews, probably not….
