      This is 2nd time in a month that they have closed part of the Tower City parking lot with 0 warning. i understand that maintenance needs to be done but i am just asking for notice of when part of it will be closed. I don't expect you to let people park in all the empty spots of the preferred parking, but it would be nice if you would let the people who pay to park in those spots be able to access those spots.

      Laz Parking recently took over the *** *** ** ********* ** * *** between the ******* *** *** *******  They closed the machines for payment and now require online payment, They not only increased the rates, but they also now require separate payments for day and night (starting at 6pm). This means if you try and pay for 2 hours of parking at 5:30 PM, you will have to pay for an entire day and night. The cost has gone from $6 for 12 hours, to potentially $17 for 2 hours. I called their number assuming this was a mistake, and it turns out this is fully intentional. The service on the phone was somewhat rude and dismissive. I plan on driving an extra 40 minutes per week to avoid giving Laz Parking any more money.
