      I had wonderful experience with that shop. I got my order in time delivery guys were perfect they set order up very fast and professional showed how it should be used pick up wrapping after and left very clean everything.

      Very shady business. Ordered furniture with the animals lease paid extra for the goof proof. Schedule appointment to get cleaned because pee spots are covered under it. The company canceled. Decided oh well its a lease send back we'll get something else. Ordered different furniture. Delivered it we'll tried it was cut up and torn i wouldn't except it. Would take another week to get here. Don't buy from them they'll give you the run around.

      Absolutely terrible. I purchased a large sectional. One by one, every electronic charging port began to break, along with full electronic controls for one of the power recliners. The material stains from simple usage and is almost impossible to clean. Further, the material pulls and tears over time; all of this in less than two years. On recommendation from Bob’s while purchasing, I purchased their warranty coverage. The warranty coverage is an absolute joke. The way it was pitched by Bob’s was not at all the way it works (any damage, simply call and we’ll replace it—not true) and the warranty company itself (OnPoint) is borderline unethical. This makes a lot of sense when looking at the BBB ratings for Bob’s and OnPoint. Be very careful: OnPoint will push you to select a date of first damage that is outside of a 30 day window. If you are outside of 30 days, they will deny all coverage, and if it is a broad claim (e.g stains) that gets denied, it prevents you from being able to submit again. Further, they have different definitions for very similar sounding things, so if you say rip, tear, or severe pull (e.g strips of the fabric are pulling out of the couch), that will also determine approval or denial. Never purchasing from Bob’s again.

      The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third-party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident and specific product breakdown for up to 5 years.
      Any claims must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
      Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage under their own guidelines. It is never our intent to disappoint a customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet your expectations. Thank you for understanding.

      Don’t get any warranty! SCAM I had my my sectional for less than a year, and the pillows are all bumpy and separated. And torn. I was told it’s wear and tear. It’s barely used. Very disappointed. Never buy from them again!

      Loveseat purchased also goof proof protection plan purchased. Loveseat its literally peeling. It’s only about 3 years old. But this goof proof protection plan they keep telling you to get & it’s the greatest thing if anything should happen. Well I was told the peeling is not covered. I have bought many things from Bobs Furniture but I will not again. Can’t even send someone out to look at the loveseat. No but $1400 later for a loveseat that’s obviously vinyl not leather & a stupid plan that they refuse to do anything. I’m done. Hopefully consumers read this and go elsewhere to buy furniture. Totally disgusted.

      Warning: Do Not Get a Bob’s Credit Card
      I’m writing this to warn others about my experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture and their credit card issuer, ********  They are charging me almost $200 per month in interest and fees. I was paying the bill regularly before I became seriously ill and was hospitalized. After that, I was diagnosed with diabetes, and while trying to recover, my finances understandably fell behind.
      Now that I’m finally on the mend, Bob’s and ******* have shown absolutely no compassion or flexibility. I asked them to close my account so I could pay off what I owed without more interest piling up, but they refused because I hadn’t maxed out the card yet.
      I tried to work out a payment plan for my remaining balance, but my request was denied. Why? Because they see an opportunity to make me pay four times the amount of my original $1,100 purchase.
      I strongly encourage everyone NOT to shop at Bob’s or do any business with *******. They will take advantage of you without remorse, even if you’ve been a responsible customer for years.

      My son bought a bed from there, they said it had a 15 year warranty for anything that went wrong with it. My son bought it his first summer home from college. in total it maybe have been slept in for 9 months in the 3 years he came home for summer break. After his last year of college he moved away so the bed was not used at all. The other day I went to lay in it and noticed the springs had popped and it is sagging in the middle of the bed. I called to file a claim they said there was nothing they could do about it . They said sagging was not covered. Well when he bought it that is not what he was told. I will NOT be a bob's customer any more. I will go back to ***** ***** I bought my mattress from there 30 years ago and it is still like brand new. Shame on you bobs. never again.

      If I can give a zero, I would. I purchased a few furniture pieces. I went to the store to let them know that the apt ended up being very small and I no longer need the furniture. It's been almost 2 months and no refund. I call them every week and I keep getting different stories on when I will be receiving my refund! I also confirmed my address every time I called and still no check!!!! Please do not buy from them!!!! They are quick to take your cash and I still have not received my refund!!!!!

      Bob’s Furniture in ******* ** has a manager name Maria lied to me and told me she can help me get an increase to purchase more furniture. I told her no thank you because I didn’t want another hard inquiry on my credit, she said it wouldn’t be a hard hit just a soft one. Her sales associate Ren applied for the increase and I was approved but it was a hard inquiry. I called back to speak with them and she apologized and said ***** ***** changed their policy and she stated she would call them to have it fixed. Ren called me back and said ***** ***** wanted me to all to verify my identity before they can have the inquiry removed. I called ***** ***** and they told me, they had no such policy and would never tell a merchant that information and it’s nothing they can do. I went back to Bob’s and the manager on site that day didn’t care at all and had a very nonchalant attitude and said well it’s nothing we can do either and Ren said I’m new but you can cancel your order with us. I asked the manager why is Maria lying to people and she said Maria must have been misinformed, I asked if she can speak with a Maria and she said how would that help you so I got pissed off and Ren said a guy name Larry said Maria must have missed a meeting about ***** ***** changing their policy but ***** ***** said it was never a policy in the first place.
