      My Delivery was scheduled for Saturday 10:45am they arrived at 9 am the furniture came broken. I was rescheduled for Wednesday from 1:30 to 4:30 I left for work at 4pm still no delivery. When it came at 4:23pm the delivery guy had a problem with waiting for an adult. I explained to him my son was 18 and also another adult was coming. The delivery driver was very rude and he hung up the phone on me. Cancel that order please and thank you. I spend my money. I want respect!

      Absolute worst delivery experience. Called 5+ times with a time restriction, my delivery was still assigned within the restricted window. Had to reschedule for a week later and they failed to reschedule the entire order, only half of it. Also had to call several times to follow up on a request for a COI. Their customer service is abysmal. “Special requests” do nothing. Was only offered half off the delivery fee even though I had to call them 8+ times and reschedule multiple times due to their own issues. Astounded at the complete and utter lack of interest in doing anything for their customers.

      This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have couch set I’ve purchased and all it’s does is creak and the cushions have deflated. I have a queen size bed I’ve purchaseds as well…I’ve had assemblers out three times due to each group leaving parts off and they bed falling apart days after assembly. They use a 3rd party assembly company so no one is held accountable and the customer isn’t taken care of. I’m still paying for bed set that IS ON THE FLOOR! It’s just me in my house…my items should be great with longevity and that’s not the case. Not even a year and all the furniture from Bobs is falling apart.

      ORDERED A BED FOR MY GRANDSON, DRIVER GETS HERE WITH NOTHING BUT BED-RAILS. NO HEADBOARD, NO FOOTBOARD. I ALREADY THREW AWAY OLD BED, IM DEFINITELY BOTHERED. CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY RESCHEDULED US FOR ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK. OMG, IM PISSED, GRANDSON MATTRESS IS NOW ON THE FLOOR FOR A WEEK. AND THEY NOT OFFERING ANYTHING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. However, we can certainly understand the frustration with having to wait additional time for everything to be perfect. We have processed a refund of your delivery fee in the amount of $69.99 as a token of our apologies, please allow 3-5 days for this to be processed back to your method of payment.

      I purchased furniture from Bob’s and the delivery service was top notch! Baldemar went above and beyond! Explained and demonstrated pieces, and cleaned up when they were finished. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for service!

      Got the Willow chofa and love seat 3 years ago when It first came out. The chofa had been placed against a wall and bc of the small size of my living room, It had stayed there until recently. When we moved the couch to a place with the back exposed we discovered that there was a vertical bar in the back that had come apart from the long bar that goes across the top on the back of the couch. Bc of this wood being unattached and hanging out, It has put a hole in the fabric & has weakened the top bar. The center of the couch droops significantly than the end of the couches, we assumed was “wear and tear” and wouldn’t be covered under warranty, once we noticed the other damage, we assumed It was all connected. The love seat also sinks alittle and the cushions have all been warped, but this is again considered “wear and tear”. I filed a claim with the warranty company who would have replaced the couch, except they no longer make this couch. So i am getting a credit to replace the couch for similar value. Where i appreciate that, i bought a couch and loveseat set. So i called bobs to see if they could help me out or do anything so my living room doesn’t look ridiculous with unmatching furniture & they are not willing to assist in any way. There is absolutely no reason that for a couch purchased only 3 years ago should be in the condition It is in. I can still see countless reviews of people with the same experience, i assume this is the reason this product is no longer available. Bobs sold me faulty furniture that is now a hazard in my home with 2 small children. They should provide something to offer so i have the living room i paid for. Not mismatched furniture. Their “sorry. Not sorry, can’t help you” is disappointing. They sold us a bad product & they know It & are giving us nothing in return.

      We are very sorry to hear of the concerns you are having with the Willow chofa and loveseat that was purchased from us here at Bob’s In May of 2022. This furniture did come with a one year manufacturing warranty that expired in May of 2023. The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third-party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident for up to five years. However, it does not offer recourse for matching items.
      As there was no covered accidental damage reported on the loveseat and it has been outside of warranty with us here at Bob’s since 2023 we do not have a resolution moving forward. We are very sorry that we have been unable to meet your expectations with these concerns.

      My father who is a senior citizen is owed about 400 dollars since around November 2024. He has spoken to customer service many times and they tell him he will receive an email with instructions on how to receive his refund. It is June 2025 and they are still giving him the run around. The next step is small claims court. Be careful who you do business with.
