      Will never purchase from here again. 4 attempts to get the right couch. Attitude and 0 sympathy from manager Daryl, clearly showing how horrible their customer service is and that they clearly don’t care about returning customers. Customer representatives barely speak english, which i am sure is contributing to so many errors with deliveries. Will never come back or recommend to anyone else.

      Took day out of work for 630-1130 delivery. They called at 1130 and said they don’t have the bed until 3 days later so me and my pregnant wife have to sleep on the floor for another 3 days and they would not refund any money just a 50$ gift card that they didn’t want to say how much it was until I got the bed. And they had already charged me the 4800$ And had my money tied up so I can’t even try to buy a bedroom set somewhere else. Verry disappointed. Perfect place if you want to get new furniture next year but want to pay for all of it now.

      The whole experience with Bobs has been more exhausting and stressful than anything else. We ordered early March 2022 and were told 6-8 weeks but probably sooner because our furniture was in stock already. We tried to be patient but it's really frustrating spending that much money and then getting emails that by the time your furniture is estimated to actually get here it's going to be 4 whole months since we ordered and paid a lot of money. Luckily we were able to have it delivered slightly sooner but the delivery process wasn't the best really either. The delivery men were nice but hit our mailbox with the delivery truck and it seems like Bobs customer service doesn't care. Been dealing with property claims for 3 weeks and have gotten nowhere. We sent video from our doorbell of the truck hitting our mailbox and they still wanted to argue that there isn't enough "evidence." They asked for 2 quotes so I got them and after sending them was then told that they see no damage to the post so their "full and final offer" is $125 and I have until the 18th to respond. Also after waiting almost 4 months and paying almost $3,000 our loveseat doesn't function properly so now we're playing the waiting game again to have someone come look at it to see if it can be repaired or if we have to wait another god knows how long for a new loveseat. The customer service is honestly a joke. When I called to report the issue with the loveseat and the property damage, the same day that delivery happened, the representative asked me what my reason for calling was and when I explained the line was quiet for an extended period of time and when he finally came back on he asked me to repeat myself because he was talking to someone else. So basically what I've taken away from this experience is that once Bobs gets your money they don't give a shit about you or your product or your property for that matter. Definitely won't recommend to anyone and will not spend another penny with this company.

      Terrible service experience. This was my first engagement and purchase from Bob's Discount Furniture in ******* **. Was lied to several times about delivery, and was promised that I would be "taken care of" later, only to be lied to again. they scheduled delivery 5 times, none of which did I receive my furniture. In fact, once they even showed up but my furniture wasn't on the delivery truck.
      Finally, after more than a dozen interactions with the store, they finally allowed me to talk to the general manager Dominic, who assured me that he would make sure that my furniture was delivered on the next try (which didn't happen) and that he would reduce my invoice significantly, which also didn't happen.
      I finally had to go back into the store and yell at an assistant manager to get the furniture that I had paid for months prior delivered. Outrageous.
      Now he's not even returning my calls. I can't say that I have ever experienced customer service this poor, ever.
