IM STILL WAITING FOR HALF OF MY SECTIONAL THAT YOU GUYS OWE ME!!!
Worst experience of me entire life. We purchased a sectional for this horror of a business, and was told it would be delivered on a specific day. So I took off work so that I could be home for the delivery. Well, it ended up not coming on this day, didn't receive a call nor email absolutely no communication until I called them. Now I understand things happen, but this exact event of saying it would be delivered and then nothing happened around 7 times. Then when it finally arrived, they took it off the truck and had the wrong pieces including a loveseat that didn't even go with our couch. So we had a mismatched couch, the delivery driver called and was told to leave the loveseat with us and that they would do an even exchange. Needless to say 2 years later and they still haven't made it right. Worst experience ever please spend your time and money elsewhere, you've been warned!!!

So, I purchased a 'sedona' platform bed and mattress in May 2022. Going through our finances with issues that came up I need to address, I will not be able to pay for the platform bed, keeping the mattress. Called Bobs store in ******** and talked with AcceptanceNow manager. Was told by said manager that the bedframe could not be returned due to Covid. WHAT?? I don't remember being told that. I told him I couldn't afford it anymore and he told me that I just needed to continue making the payments (???). Oh, he told me that platform bed and mattress would need to be paid off by September 1st; if not, there is a one-time additional fee of 60% (??) that is assessed. I told him that I don't remember being told that; if I did, I would not have bought it! He stated that he's been there only 2 months and he doesn't know what the AcceptanceNow person. told me but that what he stated was what was happening.
Don't EVER use the AcceptanceNow program through Bob's, I think it's a rip off!. I am so upset right now and I will NEVER shop there again. I feel like I was deceived by the lady who helped me with the application for AcceptanceNow credit.
So, I want to return platform bed but told they won't take it back due to covid; even though I can't afford it now!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I ordered a dresser for our guest room. Everything was professional and very easy. No comments on delivery yet, item takes 4-6 weeks to be shipped. It was disclosed to us previously and was accepted. So far all is perfectBob's Discount Furniture LLC
