      READ THE FINE PRINT! We needed to return our postage machine due to cut backs and the machine was just not cost effective to keep any longer. Our annual lease was expensive and you have to pay for replacement ink cartridges which is also crazy expensive ($200 per cartridge) so we thought we would break our lease and return the machine. Turns out you cannot break their leases. Not without a hefty fee. They wanted us to pay $3700 to break our contract. They gave us no alternative but to buy out the lease. I have never come across any rental that did not have a termination clause. Shame on me for trusting the salesperson who did not thoroughly explain the lease terms and me for not reading the fine print. Lesson learned. Also, pay attention to the lease term on your contract. Our last lease was three years so I assumed I was renewing for the same. We got stuck with a 60 month term. Again, I put too much trust in my salesperson and did not read the fine print.

The early termination quote is only applicable if you elect to terminate the non-cancelable agreement before your contract maturity date.       mike represented you exceptionally was patient with fact i didn't know my way around the computer and helped me figure out how to get a signature on a document and return it. it took a lot longer than it should have.
