      Just don't use them. They are not giving you a new machine and they will blame that you are not using their inks. We paid $89.18 per month with their ****** service. We are pretty sure you can find much better deal somewhere else. Today, we are canceling our contract. The penalty we have to pay is more than $600.00.

      chaotic, unorganized, and hold time is an hour. nobody knows what's going on. better off doing your own thing (DIY postage). i don't have any positive things to offer. they don't even know what machines we have. I feel bad for the employees.

      Quadient requires 90 days notice to cancel a lease. I TRIED contacting them 1`20 days before lease end to tell them we wished to stop service.
      It's now been 9 months, they are still billing me, they have no contact phone numbers on their statements, contracts and website. If you email customer service, they do not respond.
      Unless you like to waste your money, stay far away from Quadient

      This company is tough to deal with. They do not send their hard to interpret monthly statements out in a timely manner resulting in late fees and interest charges. They tend to bury the excessive charges in their statements as previous balance with no explanations. I would not recommend them.

      This company seems like a criminal enterprise fraud scheme. Our machine was out of service for about 3 to 4 months before April 2022. We could not reach customer service. We tried many times, endured lengthy hold-times, and either gave up or were cut off every time. In early April 2022, we sent a cancellation demand letter to the address on the bill and to the Wheelers Farms Rd. corporate headquarters address. We received no response from either location. This summer, we finally reached someone after a very lengthy hold-time, who told us that they never received the two demand letters. They did agree to take the machine back, but are charging us $35 for processing. Now, to add insult to all this misery, we have received a bill for late fees for not paying the rental fee for the broken machine for the months after we formally cancelled the contract. I cannot wait to put our experience with this company in the past.
