      Terrible customer support. My machine has been broken now for almost 4 weeks and I cannot get anyone to assist with getting up and running. I keep getting the run around and getting told I need an IT person to upload a software which does not work. They are impossible to deal with.

      Dear Dirty Rats, I have been trying to get our $30 refund from our mail machine for the last 3 months. I get no customer service and every time I call to inquire on why we haven't received the refund request there is something new they require me to do. Now they are saying they never received the postage machine I sent back - even though I have a ***** tracking number and receipt it was delivered. Never again!!!
