      This company will not resolve our issue with them. They mailed our equipment to an old address, we never received, and now are saying we owe them for that equipment. They won't send a new one to the correct address or let us get out of our agreement. We have called multiple times, over a 2 month period, and still no resolution. They have horrendous customer service, and never get back to us when they say they will. We've filled out every form they requested, left voicemails/emails with no response and are on hold an avg. of 45 minutes per call. Do not do business with this company.

      I was not provided with information that you required of me so that I could open an account. The experience was frustrating and irritating. Whoever set up the web needs to talk to the person that sold the product and the person who shipped the product. The six items that the web needs should be sent to the customer along with the equipment! Nothing in the email traffic that I got was even vaguely informative of the items that the web wanted. IMHO You could benefit from getting rid of the web design people!

      Our company was acquired by another company 1/1/24. In the meantime, I've had to work with multiple vendors to get the name changed and resolve any past or present billing issues. This has been very challenging for many of our vendors and Quadient was no exception. What I will say is that each person that I have dealt with along the way in the past 4 months, Alvin, Javante and Chelsea have been extremely responsive, given clear communication and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
      When I spoke to Chelsea today, she realized my case had been closed, therefore the full name change had not been completed and was quick to tell me it was no fault of mine. I am working closely with her to make a payment and remove late fees that have been accrued. It's extremely rare that I can call a company and get EXEMPLARY SERVICE provided by individual staff members no matter which department they may be in. If it weren't for the system issue that apparently closed my case in error, I would have given 5 stars. I'm truly impressed by the service that I have been provided.
