      Crystal was very pleasant and did her best to assist me. much better that the lady i spoke to before her. but unfortunately she sent me the incorrect form for money transfer. Dee on the other hand stayed with me on the line helping me through filling out the forms needed for money transfer, we were on the line for least 30 min. I could not have done it without her help. My thanks goes to both ladies especially Ms Dee !

      Jasmine is a super star. She helped me pay my current balance. More importantly, she helped me get on the automatic payment plan. She really listen's well; and she has the knowledge to get things done. You need to raise her salary!!

      Long story short, I wouldn't recommend Quadient services to anyone. Our company received two postage machines by error in October 2023 and it took until June 2024 to get it returned. Unfortunately, to date, the second machine is STILL on our invoices. Our sales rep Elizabeth hasn't been much help, but at least Laura set up a case number which seems hopeful.
