      BEWARE AND DON'T USE. I tried to cancel a lease early because the company holding the lease was closing. When I did, I was told I owed over $4,000 in some unidentified "cancellation" fees. I questioned these fees as they seemed to be completely untethered to anything having to do with my contract or lease. When I did, the fees mysteriously dropped by $1,000, but I was still being told I needed to pay over $3,000. I, again, questioned how this amount was being calculated. Rather than give me any breakdown, they actually admitted that "the early termination quote is not the sum of the remaining payments on your lease." Along with being totally unethical to just admit that you're charging a made-up amount that's effectively an illegal penalty, the problem with this is the fact that the plain terms of the lease say the MOST they can charge you is the remaining amount due and any applicable taxes!!!

      The Cs person was very helpful. Set me up in the system and sent several emails with direction how to pay a bill. How to order materials. Also contacted someone else to send a copy of the contract that we have. The day before I called and told her about my 58 min wait. She did tell me about the chat located at the bottom of the screen. Now that I have everything set up with her help. The chat will be helpful with other questions. She was wonderful..
