      I have sent in SEVERAL emails asking for help on ordering a cartridge for our postage meter machine, because I do not know which one to order for it. I NEVER get a response EXCEPT for a "no reply" email stating my request has been completed. IT HAS NOT!!! There is not a phone number you can call on the website, the online chat NEVER connects to the chat so you can NEVER get to anyone. I am beyond frustrated!!

      I had a complicated call regarding billing and supplies this morning and Patience answered the phone. She provided outstanding customer service and should be recognized. She took time, gave advice and overall was fantastic. With the same breath on 6/11 when the issue occurred, Jovantae listened, open a case and thoroughly documented the case. Thank you for these two customer service reps, they are outstanding.

      It is only with the assistance I received from both Precious & Lee that I was able find the correct item, to get replacement label rolls for the IMPB printer, and get it shipped at an economical rate/speed.
