      Worst company I've ever dealt with. Reps pestering me over and over to renew a contract that hasn't even expired because machines need to be updated. Asked over half a dozen times to provide existing contracts with end dates - never received, yet the pestering to renew continued. So annoying. I had to email twice to inquire about cancelation and then was told one of my contracts doesn't expire for two years - where was this information the past 6 times I inquired? I was provided with an 800 # to call to speak to retention department, no option for that in the phone tree, went to one person who was AWESOME, she looked up my account #'s, passed me to billing, billing sent me to somebody else then they attempted to get me to "retention" but they never picked up and I was told I'm going to receive an email to start the process.. an email? You've got to be kidding, this is absolutely the worst service ever. Account # 60876085 and 60313467 my information is listed there, feel free to reach out.

      I was very satisfied with the interaction with the phone customer service rep. I was disappointed with the email response which caused me to call. It took someone 6 weeks to reply to an inquiry about which of our machines was enrolled in the auto ink program. And the answer was fuzzy and confusing. The phone rep clarified it all.
