      Firstly, the customer service in general with Quadient has been marvelous! Gabe was extremely helpful and was able to get me exactly what I needed for our machine. Secondly, I would recomend the company for anyone who is considering a postal meter for their office. It has saved us a tremendous amount of money and time.

      Josephine was able to identify my problem and provide a resolution immediately. She asked if I needed further assistance. I said no that I had ordered an ink cartridge and was all set. She asked if I was aware of the service that monitors our ink balance and automatically ships another cartridge when we are at 80% used. I was able to sign up for the service. This will save time for me and ensure we are never without an ink cartridge. She presents her self very professionally and very kind.

      the best in a while!!
      not that the others were not good, but Josephine's understanding of my issue was outstanding.
      she was kind, deminer, and friendliness. but not just Josephine, but the Tech that came to do the work on my postage machine, Kevin H. very good at his job and explained everything.
