      Do not use this company!!!! Their billing practices are reprehensible. In the last 12 months, we have been charged $150 in "late fees" - when their invoices would repeatedly not arrive until the due dates had past. A $30 fee each time. For the first four, they blamed the postal service for being "too slow to deliver mail." (Ironic, given that this is a POSTAGE company!!!). For the most recent one, the due date on the invoice was listed for the SAME DAY that the order was placed. (Add to that the fact that the item ordered hadn't even left their warehouse at the time that the "past due" invoice had arrived.
      They told us that the way to avoid those late fees was to set up ACH - automatic debits to our account. But when we did that, we found out that they apply an annual $50 fee for doing that.
      They are out to price gouge you! Avoid at all costs!!!

      Quadient deliberately makes it difficult to manage your account. We were forced to get a new postage meter last September and when we did they told us to sign a 5 year agreement (which I should have read closer). When I asked about a month after signing to cancel they said no. There is no option whatsoever to pull out of the contract.
      Then, they forgot to cancel my old account so I was still paying for that for awhile. In the end, we realized had three accounts; the old meter bill, the new meter bill and a leasing bill. Online, I can't even find the leasing account paperwork. I bet I need a different login.
      Last, they charge a finance fee and a late fee on overdue balances, which seems redundant and the only reason it was late was because I was paying the other, defunct account, thinking it was the correct account.
      At this point we won't purchase postage and just pay the leasing. Or spend the money we would spend on leasing on an attorney to figure out how to cancel.

      If there were "minus" stars, that's what they would get. We ordered - and immediately cancelled upon receipt - their postage machine last September, 2022. The box was never opened and the machine never installed.
      They keep on billing ... month after month after month .. no matter how many times you tell them it's cancelled ! When you email customer service, the same crap comes back. No one to talk to and if you call, you're on hold for hours. They tell you to leave a number for a call back but they never call back. Do yourself a favor ... STAY AWAY from this company ... Get your postage machine elsewhere. You'll thank me later !!! You're welcome.

      Worst customer service ever. I want to return an ink cartridge that we don’t need, and has never been opened, and they refuse to let me talk to a manager because they said I’m “outside of their 90 day warranty in which to return items.” We received the cartridge the first week of November, which is within the 90 days, but they refuse to allow me to return it because my “warranty begins the day that I ordered the product.” Their shipping takes 7-10 days so why am I losing that amount from my return time on a product that wasn’t even in my possession until the first week of November? Anytime I ask that question they refuse to answer me. Despicable customer service. Do yourselves a favor and use a different company for your postage needs.

      Quadient has the worse customer service. I signed up for my renewal of a mail meter by a rep who wouldn't stop hounding me. One the renewal was signed they were no where to be found. The rep told me I had to sign up via DocuSign for the renewal of the mail meter. The company had included an additional "EZ Ink" plan snuck into the contract. They charged my company over $169 on a bi monthly deliver of ink that we didn't need or know we had requested. Once I caught the billing they had me pay to return the ink then didn't apply the credit for the ink, They said they never received the return ink. I called them with the USPS tracking number and once they saw that it was in fact sent back to them they said it would take another 7 days to get the credit. I have yet to receive the credit. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get these careless incompetent Quadient employees to help me with still no resolution. I called also to have EZ Ink cancelled and they made me send in a written request on my letterhead requesting cancellation. It is so inconvenient and such a devious business method to get business locked into contracts with them. I hope someone reads this and saves a headache working with this company.

      They need a new tagline..."Quadient, where our customers pay for our mistakes"!
      We have been without our meter for almost three weeks because they misapplied our payment in a previous month. I supplied a copy of the cleared check within fours days of the meter being shut-off but they refused to turn it on until we pay an invoice early (before the due date).
      Fortunately, I have started using our new Endicia account for stamps and as soon as I figure out envelopes I can been done with this company.
      Just awful!!!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
      I am a business and have almost 30 accounts with them -- you would think that I would get some customer service given the ammount of business I give them. Well that's not the case.
      Someone at Quadient set up my billing wrong and messed up all the names on my accounts so now every time I want to pay an account I have to scan and email each invoice and send it to the customer support email and then they tell me what account it belongs to. AND THEY STILL CHARGE ME LATE FEES.
      I have done this multiple times and reached out WITH NO RESPONSE.
      I have been dealing with Windy S******* and Kimberly A** and I have to follow up 7 times to get a response that nothing has been fixed.
      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will waste all your time and its worth it to spend more money with another company

      Six months and six machines later and we are still waiting for a replacement meter that actually
      works. Meanwhile we get charged monthly - even without a machine. Now I've told them
      I want to cancel - they want me to pay the freight to send back the 2 defective machines I
      have here .. and then they will cancel the contract.
      I would say best to not even start with these guys - find another way to get your postage.
