    I am highly disappointed I received my products and they were unlabeled. I did reach out to the company to let them know and it's been months no response. It took a while for them to ship my items out, then to receive them unlabeled. I have no clue what the ingredients are so I can't use them. I have emailed them as well as direct message them on Facebook. This is very unprofessional and very disappointing. This was my first and ONLY time purchasing. He will cater to people on Facebook but won't respond to a simple email. I was not asking for money back, I simply wanted labels. This was a unpleasant experience and it's very terrible to ignore your customers. The owner of this company is very rude and unprofessional.

    I liked their natural deodorant. However, my overall experience was bad. The shipping is extremely long, about a month long. They do have the option for you to pay for a monthly subscription which will help increase shipping speed. However, for a first time buyer I wanted to try their products first without having to commit to a membership. I bought an item and received something completely different. They have a no refund policy. I tried to reach out twice via email to get the problem corrected and never received a response. The item I received didn’t have a label or even instructions attached to the product. So I was left to guess what to do with it. Overall, the lack of customer service and long shipping times made this an unpleasant experience.

    I've I been a customer since 2019. Spent hundreds at this company. Have had no issues up until recently. I made a purchase early September 2023 from DaddyButter and it is now late October 2023 and I still have not received my package. I sent numerous emails, text messages and have had several calls with the owner and still no solution to getting my package or refund. When finally getting in touch with the owner, Khalil J******* he reassured me I'd get my package and when too much time went by I requested a refund that he also reassured me he'd give me. Still no package and no refund. When speaking with him over the phone, he is very rude, unapologetic and nonchalant about the matters at hand as if he's not running a business and fails to do what he says from the previous conversations. He is withholding my money I spent from my recent order and I want it to be returned to me due to not receiving my items I paid for. He should not be allowed to run a business if he's going to do this to people.

    This man is a fraudulent business front for taking peoples money and no intention of sending their products and no response to multiple attempts to inquire about orders. He sends laughing emojis in messenger and refuses to respond to emails. He is very rude and extremely untrustworthy person to do business with.
