    I purchased the "No Risk, No Story Heavyweight Hoodie -XL/Black" in Oct 2024 and a gray "lgndsupply" hoodie was shipped to me on 11/5/24. For several months I had been communicating with Lgnd Supply Co customer service via email, but they have stopped correspondence as of March 20, 2025. The sweatshirt I ordered had been available for several months while I patiently waited for a resolution. To date I have not received the sweatshirt I ordered nor have I received a refund. I have not received a comparable sweatshirt to the one I purchased. The sweatshirt that was mailed to me in error is not of the same quality or value of the sweatshirt I purchased. I offered to return the sweatshirt I received but customer service rep stated "As a token of appreciation for your patience, we are happy to let you keep the item you received as compensation." This was an error made by Lgnd Supply Co fulfillment department and they need to be held accountable for their mistake.

    After reviewing your case, I want to clarify that—per our store policy—we are unable to issue refunds for orders associated with our giveaway promotions. That said, we absolutely acknowledge the error in fulfillment and appreciate your patience throughout this process.
    To make things right, we’d like to offer you store credit equal to the cost of the original hoodie you ordered. You can use this credit toward another item of your choice—including the correct hoodie, if still available—or any other product in our store. This also gives you another entry into our current giveaway.
    Please let us know if this works for you, and we’ll issue the store credit immediately. Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

    I received an email about a promotion LGND Supply Co. was running on a mystery tactical packback for there truck giveaway and that if I ordered it by April 27th I would receive the backpack by the following weekend which was not the case and false advertisement. The backpack was not cheap and at full price was 299.00 but I had a promo code that brought it down to 275. I placed the order on April 23rd and did not receive the backpack till yesterday June 14th which in my eyes is or anyone I have spoken to is unexcusable, over 50 plus days!! I reached out LGND twice the through email to there customer service and only got sorry we are running behind on our production we apologize, nothing about compensation or we will send you something extra or nothing. What is even more upsetting is the giveaway came and went and they were onto there next two and I still had not received my merchandise. This company banks on us buying there merchandise for there giveaway and are making millions of dollars with our hard earned cash but show no mercy on how long it takes to get us our products. I deal with other giveaways in which I received my products the same week or days. I am looking into the false advertisement they are promoting of deliver and it shouldn't be happening. I feel this company owns me some compensation and apology.

    We’ve been working through a number of challenges related to production and fulfillment center improvements, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of clear communication or the delay in getting your order to you. You should have received better support, and we’re sorry we fell short.

    I had placed an order with this company “lgnd supply co” on April 26th 2025 for $300 plus tax for a mystery backpack with items inside to enter a giveaway. Online they say ordered can take up to 7-12 business days to process and get shipped out, also I have email proof after placing my order saying it will only take 7-12 business days to get shipped out. It is now June 9th 2025 and my order still has not shipped. I have contacted the company multiple times and have gotten zero resolution first they say it will take 7-12 days to process well after the 7-12 days nothing then they say it’s taking a while with an influx of orders waited longer, now they say the ordered are made upon order and that they have another company that makes the items and they are waiting for that company to finish what they have to do so they can ship my item out. NO WHERE online on the website anywhere from this company do they say the orders are made upon purchase that they subcontract out the work to make the items or that the items will take longer then 7-12 days to process NOTHING says this is special and it will take longer let alone 2 months!

    I placed an order with LGND Supply Co on April 23, 2025 for a “Limited LGND71™ Mystery Tactical CASH Backpack” under Order #*******. The total charge was $270.03 USD, which was paid in full.

    Despite their confirmation email stating I would receive a shipping notification “as soon as the package hits the road,” it has now been well over six weeks, and I have received no product and no meaningful update from the company. I have attempted to contact them to request a refund but have received no response or resolution.

    This level of service is unacceptable. The company has failed to deliver the product, failed to provide status updates, and failed to uphold basic standards of communication or customer service.

    I ordered a product from this company April 27th 2025, specifically a bag that’s supposed to come with a bunch of random merchandise from the company and this item cost me over $300 and buying products from this company puts your name in to possibly win a vehicle. I did not win this vehicle which is not why I’m complaining but I’m filing this complaint because it’s been over a month since I ordered this product and my order still says received and has not been shipped, I have sent emails requesting information about my order with no response.

    I placed an order for a book bag on April 26, and as of today—June 4—I still have not received it. After reading through numerous customer complaints, it’s clear that I’m not alone in this experience. What’s even more frustrating is that the company appears to be responding to everyone with the same generic message: an apology and a vague claim of shipping delays, with no concrete resolution or timeline.

    It’s starting to feel like the real focus of this company is on collecting money under the guise of sweepstakes entries, rather than fulfilling actual orders. If the product was out of stock, that should have been communicated upfront—this widespread issue among customers suggests the company was aware of inventory problems and chose not to disclose them.

    Adding to the concern, when customers request refunds, the company hides behind the excuse that, because of the sweepstakes, they are unable to process refunds. This sounds less like a policy and more like a way to avoid accountability.

    At this point, I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. This situation is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate mishandling of customer trust and funds.

    I placed an order for some apparel and mystery contents for LGND*** on May 4th 2025 .I reached out to the company with the provided contact information after my delivery deadline was not met and details to my order are vague this issue has yet been resolved I'm forced to continue making payments for items I haven't received or any attempts to correct this issue have been made .I continue paying for these items .I'd just like my delivery or a refund however there is a statement and it shows they do not issued refunds .Id like to receive my order or a refund. I would also like for any other Future clients to be made aware of a potential scam by this business.

    Purchased a mystery backpack form LGND Supply on April 24th of 2025. Recieved an email update which was uploaded to this complaint. The business states that it ships out the items within 6-12 business days. It’s currently been over a month and I’ve reached out to them unsuccessfully with no resolution to the matter. I’ve read several comments on there ********* account on photos of the prizes with the same complaints from other customers. The company has not reached out pertaining to the issues of shipping out the item that I purchased.
