5 starshere in *** ***** and always got my stuff on time never had issues on emails they always got back with me, they are real and very nice, I been with this company for years when it was spinning the wheel, never won lol, but its fun and love what they do, im not kissing butt like most people lol, have fun doing this and they are legit, its all about luck and having fun doing this. 1 starI have been a customer for a few years now. In April I purchased a camoflauge hoodie. After tax and shipping, the total was $90. When I received the hoodie, it was unlike anything I have ever purchased from them. The material was paper thin and the exterior of the hoodie was stiff. Additionally, the black print on the hoodie was not able to be seen clearly becuase of how dark the camo was. This was nowhere near what was pictured on their website. After filing a claim with their customer service, they requested me to send them pictures of the hoodie. I sent them multiple pictures via email. I heard nothing for nearly 2 months after that. After finding a customer sevice number for them, I spoke with someone on the phone who was able to view the email correspondence. That customer service rep agreed that the hoodie I received was not what was pictured on their site. That rep then advised me that he would be reaching out to their fulfillment center to get this resplved. After yet another month of silence, I called them again. Oddly enough, I got the same rep on the phone who remebered my case. He tells me that the fullfillment center declined to fix the issue and I was stuck with what I received. The rep then tells me that he works for a 3rd party cutomer service center and does not have the power to issue any refunds!!! I'm just finding this out after 3 months of headache!! I am now out $90 with a hoodie that I cant even wear. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm out $90 while these guys continue to get rich selling poor quality products. Not only are their products expensive but they don’t seem to have their priorities straight. The excuse of high volume only gets you so far- there’s been 70 giveaways. If you can’t have a simple process figured out then you know you have a problem. I ordered on April 17th. No status updates, no communication, shipping notifications, anything. And they really get you because it says no refunds. I would be fine with that if i actually received my product. This is unacceptable for a company that spends a boatload in advertising trying to get out to markets and get everyone included, yet they can’t even seem to figure out how to work from oldest to newest.LGND Supply Co, LLC

You're right: after 70+ giveaways, our fulfillment process should be running far more smoothly. The lack of updates, delayed shipping, and poor communication you’ve experienced are unacceptable, especially when paired with a no-refund policy, but that policy is in place due to sweepstakes regulations
We’re actively expanding operations, including the addition of a new fulfillment center, but that doesn’t excuse the delay or your experience. We’re addressing our backlog and improving our order tracking and communication to make sure this stops happening.

What can I say I was LGND Supply winner 69 I got the email from the sweepstakes company telling me that I want the truck and $50,000. My name was on the video on ********* and everything else they booked me a ticket to come and I wasn’t able to come because you were supporter would’ve let me in so we try to make other arrangements. I asked Owen from LGND to see if he can send me all the truck information and the truck so I can do the transport he said he’ll look into his team so he sent me the information. So so at first, everything was going smoothly at first Owen sent me the title some type of paper for the kilometres but you didn’t send me the ownership so I can sign it and send it back to him. He didn’t send me the truck that I asked for so I can you know, cash it and then hook up the transport so he was like oh you know sign those papers first and then we’ll send it back. Also, I told him you know it’s gonna take 15 days for it to get cleared. It’s like is there any other way we could do this so I can still look into this team then couple weeks later you sent me a message saying that you know he found a transport it’s only gonna cost five grand but that later down the case it wasn’t five grand it was came up to finding somebody else and they charge $29,500. It was strange because my whole time this was already passed the 30 days and when I kept asking, hey are you gonna send me the check or are you gonna send me the check? They said oh I’m gonna make you speak to Claudio the accountant of the company and he was like oh we’re gonna check to see if we can get you know transport now don’t worry can you just send your passport your drivers license all that stuff and I was like in my mind and I was up and at it the transport people called me. I did the paperwork with them. They sent it back. They brought it to Buffalo to hold and then they said it’s gonna take two weeks and the Wednesday of it to come. Unfortunately, the core issue stemmed from your inability to travel to the United States due to restrictions on your end. As outlined clearly in our official rules, all winners are required to appear in person at our facility within 30 days to claim their prize.
We worked with you in good faith, exploring alternate solutions and even initiating paperwork and transport discussions. However, despite these efforts, the 30-day window expired without completion. Because of this, and in accordance with our sweepstakes rules, we were required to disqualify you and move forward with an eligible alternate winner.
We understand this was a frustrating situation, but these policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all participants.

Seem to be out $600 and unable to process a refund even though the items haven’t even left the facility. Emailed back and forth with the company and while i understand they’re legally bound from messing with the sweepstakes entries, I do think it’s entirely unfair to charge a customer for items never delivered. I ordered two items, earliest being 4/23 for a 5/25 event and ended up making a separate purchase from another company in order to not show up ended handed. Will definitely not be making another purchase here. Which is a same. I really loved the hoodie from my first ever order that sold me on making bigger purchases later on.LGND Supply Co, LLC

It’s clear that this company is dealing with a fulfillment issue, as reading through the reviews many people have the same problem as me. I ordered 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I reached out to the company via email and got a generic “we are sorry, we got an unexpected volume of orders” response. That’s not sufficient. What we purchased was not listed as a preorder. If my order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of my order date, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card. Not sure if this place is a scam, or if they just don’t care about their customers, but both are bad.LGND Supply Co, LLC

The truth is, we’ve experienced an unexpected surge in volume that outpaced our current fulfillment capacity, and while that’s not an excuse, it is something we’re actively working to resolve by expanding our team and updating systems to prevent delays like this going forward.

1 star, haven’t even gotten the product yet. I ordered this April 16th and it is now may 19th and I haven’t gotten this. It hasn’t even left the **** partner facility yet. These people move at the speed of sand, I’m sure my mystery box has 2 $20 tee shirts that were made for $3.99 and really weighed on their minds which shirts I deserved to get. What other reason could picking random things take so long?
