    On 2/21/23 I purchased a shirt and key chain that cost $56.58 with tax and shipping. Business says it takes 7-10 days to fulfill. I’ve emailed couple of times, and text customer service per website. No response and order still is not fulfilled. Reviews on this business line up with current situation.

    I BOUGHT A $300 CASH BAG, IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET IT. I JUST RECEIVED IT, I HAVE 2 TSHIRTS A LANYARD AND A STICKER PLUS $10 WHICH THE $10 ISNT THE PROBLEM BUT YOU GUYS ADVERTISED BETWEEN “$325-400” WORTH OF ITEMS.

    YOUR MOST EXPENSIVE TSHIRT IS $40 AND THATS THE BASO THAT AT 2- TSHIRTS THAT PUTS US AT $80

    THEN YOU HAVE THE LAYNARD THATS $15

    A STICKER $10

    PLUS THE $10 THAT CAME WITH THE BAG

    LETS ALSO INCLUDE THE BACKPACK THAT CAME WITH IT LETS JUST GO CRAZY AND SAY $75

    ALL IN TOTAL I GOT $190 WORTH OF ITEMS

    $190 SHORT

    HOW DID I PAY $300 FOR $190 DOLLARS WORTH OF ITEMS? I ACTUALLY PAID $240.75 BECAUSE OF THE PROMO FROM THAT LAST SHIPMENT BEING JUST AS LATE BUT NONETHELESS, STILL A $300 cash bag! That was literally advertised between ($325-400) worth of items not “up to $325” but actually $325-400.

    Ordered merchandise from this "company" which I emailed about 4,5, and 6 weeks after with NO reply! Either I've been scammed or this is the worst customer service ever!

    When im quoted 10 days for something, I expect 10 days...then you have the audacity to point the finger at a third party.. Refund my money and keep your overpriced merch!

    I held up my end of the deal by paying and you have not held up your end of the deal by fulfilling my orders.

    You cannot just take peoples money and not provide the goods or services paid for!

    On 1/7/2023 I purchased a pair of Large pigment dyed joggers from their website to be entered into the contest they were advertising. I have not received the joggers or gotten a tracking code or even a confirmation that they have been mailed. I paid 80.00 dollars plus tax and shipping for a total of 94.70$. Order #******. I have tried numerous times now to contact the company to find out where my order is, and have gotten no response.

    I followed a link to the sweepstakes this company is currently offering, but I found items on the website that I really liked, so I purchased them. A total charge of $113.66 on 01/04/2023.
    I haven’t received a tracking number nor have I received any shipping information.
    I emailed the company 6 different times with only 2 replies stating that fulfillment takes 6 days and an additional 3 for shipping. I should’ve had my order by now. I would settle for a full refund to resolve this issue.
    Please help me resolve this matter.
